How To make Spaghetti Dish 2
Crust:
2 c Angel Hair pasta cooked
1 tb Margarine :
melted
1/4 c Egg white
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 c Fat-free cottage cheese
Filling:
1 lb Ground turkey cooked
1 c Onions :
chopped
1 c Bell peppers chopped
8 oz Can tomato sauce
3 ts Oregano
3 ts Basil
2 ts Salt
1 c Mozzarella cheese :
Shredded Preheat oven at 350. Prepare 13 x 9 x 2" pan with cooking spray. Tp prepare crust, cook pasta in a saucepan with a large amount of boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Return to saucepan and stir margarine, egg whites, and Parmesan cheese into hot pasta. Press spaghetti mixture onto bottom of prepared pan. Spread cottage cheese over crust. To prepare filling, cook turkey, onion, and peppers in a skillet until meat is no longer pink. Drain off fat, if needed. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, basil, and salt. Spread meat mixture over cottage cheese. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over meat mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Recipe By : Anita A. Matejka

Cook until boil
Strain
Wash with cold water
Let it cool down
2 eggs
1 sausage
Parsley 1 tbsp
Green chilli 2 pieces
Salt to taste
Mix well
Oil 2 tbsp
Spread evenly
Cook for 5 mins low flame
Again cook for 5 mins

My Favorite Spaghetti ????
10oz Spaghetti
4 Large tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 jalapeño
1/4 cup olive oil
5 cloves garlic
Salt to taste (I did around 1 Tbsp)
Spices I used: 1tsp of garlic , onion, paprika, chili, cayenne
1 lb ground beef (optional)
Simmer the sauce down to about 1/2 the starting amount. It took me about 20-30 minutes
Finish with cheese if you’re feeling wild.

Ingredients -
400g (14oz) - Spaghetti
1 Tbsp (20ml) - Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp (21g) - Unsalted Butter
4 - Garlic Cloves, Thinly Sliced
1 - Whole Lemon, Zest Thinly Sliced
1/2 - Lemon, Juiced
1 Cup (250ml) - Thickened Cream
10g (0.35oz) - Curley or Flat Leaf Parsley, Roughly Chopped
Seasoning To Taste
Notes -
This recipe is strong on lemon so adjust it to your taste. The first time I made it, I put way too much lemon juice in (I used 1 whole lemon) and it ruined the dish. I've now reduced it to half and I think it's the perfect balance. If you’re concerned, you can add the zest and cream and squeeze 1 quarter of a lemon into the sauce and adjust that way. Half a lemon works well though, so don’t worry.

this is from Marcella hazans cookbook the essentials of classic Italian cooking I got it as a gift from my uncle about 20 years ago and this dish is always by go to because its so simple quick and delicious
ps i did call them noodles once but I do know better and am just bad with words.

- 1 LB Spaghetti (USE PASTA RECIPE FROM COOKBOOK )
Meatballs:
- 1lb ground beef
- 1/4 pound finely chopped ham (I used mortadella)
- 1/4 cup fresh grated pecorino or parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, crushed tell mostly fine
- 1 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon finely ground fennel seed *optional*
Sauce and Assembly:
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 bunch of basil *added near the end*
- chiffonade basil for serving
- fresh grated parmgiano for serving
- black pepper for serving
