How To make Soft Pineapple Cookies

Pineapple Cookies

Join me as I make Pineapple Cookies for the first time.

Pineapple Cookies

1 c shortening
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
1 c crushed pineapple
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
4 c flour
Vanilla
½ c nuts

Method: Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and pineapple. Mix well. Mix and sift dry ingredients together add this to mixture. Add ½ c nuts cut in small pieces.

Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Cook 10 minutes at 350. Sometimes they will cook in less time you can tell by your oven.

4 Kuning telur
550 gr Tepung terigu
50 gr Tepung maizena
80 gr Susu bubuk
50 gr Gula halus
½ sdt Garam
600 gr Selai Nanas

Cetakan sedang (30gr)

Adonan utama :19-20 gr
Adonan hijau : 2,5 gr
Selai nanas : 5 gr

Ingredients:
400 gr Unsalted butter
4 Eggs yolks
550 gr Flour
50 gr Corn-starch
80 gr Milk powder
50 gr Sugar powder
½ tsp Salt
600 gr Pineapple Jam

Mold medium (30 gr)

Main dough : 19-20 gr
Green dough : 2,5 gr
Pineapple Jam : 5 gr

Ingredients:
Flour : 2 cups
Sugar : 1/2 cup + 2 tbs
Corn flour : 2 tbsp
Egg : 1
Salt: 1/2 tea spoon
Soyabean oil : 1/2 cup
Baking soda : 1 tea spoon
Pineapple juice (Fresh) : 2 tbsp

For drizzling:
1/2 cup powder sugar + 1 tbsp fresh pineapple juice
