No Bake Snickers Pie

A sweet, rich, over-indulgent no bake pie, that I think would best be frozen, then thawed slightly before serving.

1 chocolate cookie pie crust or graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
2 cups fresh whipped cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup caramel, plus 1 tablespoon for drizzling
3 Snickers Bars, roughly chopped
Beat together the condensed milk, cream cheese and caramel until completely smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until just incorporated. Scatter 1/3 of the Snickers Bars on the bottom of the pie crust. Fold 1/3 of the Snickers pies into the no-bake filling. Spread the filling into the pie crust. Finally, drizzle the top with the remaining dulce de leche and scatter the remaining 1/3 of Snickers pieces on top. Chill the pie for at least 3 hours before slicing and serving.

Snickers Cookie Bars | Episode 1382

Recipe:
Makes 12 or 16 depending on size
For the crust:
1 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
1 tsp of vanilla bean paste or Extract
For the caramel layer:
10 oz of Soft Caramels
2 Tbsp of Heavy Cream
2/3 cup of Salted Roasted Peanuts
For the chocolate:
8 oz of Semisweet Chocolate (use good bar chocolate instead of chips if you can)
2 Tbsp of unsalted butter
Process:
1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, line a 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, spray with some non stick spray and set aside.
2) In a bowl, quickly cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir in the flour and salt, mix until a dough forms, and pat the dough in your prepared pan.
3) Use a fork and pierce the surface of the dough, pop it in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown, allow to cool.
4) In a microwave safe bowl, add the caramels and cream, melt in a microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth, stir in the peanuts, pour mixture over the crust, slow to cool for just 5 minutes.
5) In a separate microwave bowl, add the butter and chocolate and melt in the microwave same as the caramels. Pour over the caramel, smooth the top and pop it in the fridge until set.

Snickers Ice Cream Peanut Butter Pies Full Recipe:
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes (+ 30 minutes freezing time)

Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
6 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp peanut butter, smooth
1/2 cup whipped topping
1 (1.86oz) Snickers chocolate bar, coarsely chopped
2 (2.0oz) Snickers Original Ice Cream Bars, each cut into 5 pieces
2 tbsp chocolate sauce
2 tbsp caramel sauce
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press evenly into bottom and up side of ten 3-inch tart shells. Freeze 10 minutes, or until set.
Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese with peanut butter.
Fold in whipped topping and chopped Snickers chocolate bar into peanut butter mixture.
Spoon about 2 tbsp filling into each tart shell; garnish with a piece of Snickers Original Ice Cream Bar.
Top each tart with a drizzle of chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. Freeze 20 minutes or until ready to serve.

400g cookies

300g milk chocolate
150ml cream

HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUSE SNICKERS WHOOPIE PIE !
КАК ПРИГОТОВИТЬ ВКУСНЕЙШИЕ СНИКЕРС ВУППИ ПАЙ !
RECIPE :
Chocolate Batter :
100 g (3.5 oz) Unsalted Butter, soft
100 g (3.5 oz) Sugar
1 Egg (50 g or 1.8 oz)
125 g (4.4 oz) Whole Milk, warm
160 g (5.6 oz) Flour
30 g (1.1 oz) Cocoa powder
1 tsp + 1/4 tsp (4 g) Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
12 g (0.4 oz) Vinegar
Draw the circles 5 cm (2inch) in diameter on the parchment paper then turn over and squeeze out the batter into that circles . You should have 20-22 circles (10-11 whoopie pies ).
Bake at 170-180 C (325-350 F) for about 12-15 min. Let them cool. In the meantime you can prep caramel with peanuts . You can do caramel yourself or like I did :
8 oz Hershey's Caramel
40 g(1.4 oz) Unsalted Butter (soft)
100 g (3.5 oz) Peanuts
Mix butter with caramel till well incorporated then add roasted peanuts and mix well. Now you have delicious filling for your whoopie pies !
CARAMEL :
100 g (3.5 oz) Sugar
100 g Glucose Syrup
130 g (4.6 oz) Heavy Cream
60 g (2.1 oz) Butter
100 g (3.5 oz) Peanuts (roast them for 10-15 min in the oven)
Mix sugar and glucose syrup in the souse pan and cook on medium heat till sugar dissolved and get light brown color. Then add hot heavy cream very careful and mix constantly . Take off from the heat and let it cool till 35 C (95 F) , then add the butter and pulse with blender till you get nice smooth consistency. You can chill the caramel in the fridge to get it a little bit thicker and then you can mix it with peanuts.
CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE :
75 g (2.6 oz) Milk Chocolate, melted
55 g ( 1.9 oz) Powdered Sugar
113-115 g (1 stick) Unsalted Butter, soft
225 g (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream cheese, room temperature
CHOCOLATE GLAZE :
100 g (3.5 oz) Dark Chocolate, melted
30 g (1.1 oz) Vegetable Oil, without smell
FOR DECORATING :
handful roasted Peanuts
gold candurin (food coloring)
This Snickers Whoopie Pies are very very delicious ! Everyone should try them !!!

ШОКОЛАДНОЕ ТЕСТО :
100 гр Сливочного Масла
100 гр Сахара
1 Яйцо (50 гр)
125 г Молока(теплого)
160 гр Муки

4 гр Разрыхлителя или Соды
0,5 ч.л. Соли
12 гр Уксуса
На пергаменте начертить кужки диаметром 5 см и перевернуть пергамент на обратную сторону. Отсадить из мешка с круглой насадкой ( 0,8-1 см) на кружки. У вас должно получиться 20-22 круглых бисквитика. Выпекаем при 170-180 С около 12-15 мин до сухой зубочистки. Даем им остыть. Если отите можно пропитать бисквитики. Я делала и с пропиткой и без , вкусно по любому и бисквитики нежные и без пропитки.
КАРАМЕЛЬ С АРАХИСОМ :
100 гр Сахара
100 гр Глюкозного Сиропа
130 гр Сливок
60-80 гр Сливочного Масла
100 гр Арахиса
В сотейнике с толстым дном соединить сахар с глюкозным сиропом и проварить до золотистого цвета. Затем аккуратно вводим горячие сливки , постоянно помешивая. Убираем с огня, даем остыть карамели до 35-40 С и затем вводим сливочное масло и пробиваем блендером. Можно убрать в холодильник карамель до полного остывания и загущения. Затем добавляем слегка пожаренные орешки арахиса и переешиваем. Вкуснейшая начинка для вупи пай готова. Ее также можно использовать как начинку для торта Сникерс.
А можно сделать как я :
195 -200 гр готовой карамели Hershey's
35-40 гр Сливочного масла, мягкого
100 -120 гр Арахиса( поджаренного)
Добавляем масло к карамели и пробиваем блендером. Затем объединяем с арахисом и хорошо перемешиваем и все ! Вкуснейшая начинка готова !
ШОКОЛАДНЫЙ КРЕМЧИЗ :
75 гр Молочного Шоколада (растопить)
55 гр Сахарной Пудры
115 гр Сливочного Масла (мягкого)
225 гр Сыра Филладельфия (комнтаной температруры)
ШОКОЛАДНАЯ ГЛАЗУРЬ :
100 гр Темного Шоколада (растопить)
30 гр Растительного Масла без запаха
Рабочая температура глазури 35 С
Для декора :
горсть поджаренного арахиса
золотой кандурин
Вупи пай Сникерс получаются ну оочень вкусные !!!! Советую всем приготовть и насладится этими вкусняшками !!!

SNICKERS Mini Peanut Butter Pies
With rich peanut butter filling and a nutty graham crust, these Snickers mini pies are an explosion of sweet flavors that everyone will love.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes (+ 1 1/2 hours standing time)
Makes: 16
Ingredients:
1 cup graham wafer crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts, divided
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 regular (1.86 oz each) Snickers Original, divided
6 oz brick-style plain cream cheese
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup 35% heavy cream
2 tbsp caramel sauce
Instructions:
Line 16 mini muffin cups with paper liners. In bowl, stir together graham crumbs, 2 tbsp chopped peanuts and brown sugar until combined; add melted butter, tossing well. Divide evenly into cups, pressing down and up side of cups to form crusts. Freeze for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm.
Chop one Snickers bar and slice remaining bar into 16 pieces.
Using electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, icing sugar and vanilla until light, fluffy and smooth; set aside.
In separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks start to form; fold into cream cheese mixture. Stir in chopped Snickers.
Divide filling evenly among crusts. Top each with piece of Snickers. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until firm. Just before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with remaining peanuts.
Tip: For a chocolate crust, substitute chocolate wafer crumbs for graham wafer crumbs.
