Today I'll show you how to make your own vegan Boursin cheese from scratch.

Here is the full recipe:
???????? Ingredients:
- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ tsp. of salt
- 2 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
- 1 stem of fresh rosemary
- 2-3 tbsp. of water
- Parsley
- Chives
???????????? Instructions:
1. Cover the cashews with boiling hot water and let it sit for 2 hours.
2. Drain, rinse, and place cashews in a blender.
3. Add vinegar, garlic, rosemary, and salt (you might end up adding more salt, it depends on what type of salt you are using, and how sweet of cashews you got).
4. Start with 2 tbsp. of water and blend until smooth.
5. You may need to add more water, depending on how much water the cashews have soaked in.
6. Chop the parsley and chives.
7. Add it to the blender and blend for about 5 seconds to mix in the herbs.
8. Cover the mold with a parchment paper and place “cheese” mixture inside. Cover it and chill overnight.
9. Enjoy your own homemade vegan Boursin cheese with some crackers or with a breakfast toast.

500ml milk
1/2 cup Amul fresh cream
2tbsp lemon juice
fine cloth to strain water of homemade cheese
Mixed herbs:
1tsp chilli flakes
1tsp oregano
1tsp rosemary
1tsp pepper powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp roasted onion flakes
1tsp salt
1tsp sugar

You know that cheese that you always see on charcuterie boards… Boursin! I make a pasta sauce using this amazing cheese!
Ingredients:
Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese
4 cloves of garlic
1 yellow onion quartered
Fresh basil
Cherry tomatoes
Extra Virgin olive oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Fresh Pecorino Romano Cheese
Red Pepper Flakes
Bucatini pasta (I like De Cecco brand)
Cento San Marzano Tomatoes
Start by peeling 4 garlic cloves and quartering a yellow onion. Add lots of extra virgin olive oil to a Dutch oven or large pot. Pour in one container of cherry tomatoes, garlic cloves and quartered onion. Top with a little more olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and fresh cracked black pepper. Put on low heat stove and cook, covered for about 20 minutes. Stir then add in the Boursin cheese and cover for another 10 minutes on low. Add in Cento San Marzano tomatoes, a few basil leaves, salt, pepper, and fresh grated Pecorino Romano. Stir then cover and cook for 10 more minutes. In another pot add some salt to boiling water then drop in your pasta (I like De Cecco brand bucatini for this recipe). While the pasta cooks, use an immersion blender to blend up the sauce until it’s combined, smooth and creamy. When the pasta is about 2 minutes from al dente add it in the sauce and turn heat to medium low to finish cooking pasta. Plate with some fresh Pecorino Romano and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
16 oz. cream cheese (two 8-oz. packages)
8 oz. FRESH FINELY shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz. block, not preshredded bagged cheese)
1/2 cup beer (I use pilsner or a light beer)
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne (or paprika if you don't want any spice)
For serving
pretzel bites, pita chips, kielbasa, or tortilla chips
SLOW COOKER SIZE:
4-quart or larger
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cube the cream cheese and add to the slow cooker. Add the sharp cheddar cheese, beer, milk, dijon mustard and seasonings.
Stir.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on HIGH For 1 hour or until smooth, melty and hot. (stirring occasionally).
