How To make Skillet Strawberry Cookies
8 oz Pitted dates; chopped
1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1/2 c Coconut
4 tb Butter
1 ds Salt
1 1/2 c Rice krispies
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 ts Vanilla
3 oz Red crystal sugar
Green decorator's frosting In a skillet combine dates, sugar, egg, coconut, butter and salt. cook and stir over medium heat until mixture bubbles and thickens, about 5-6 min. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies, nuts and vanilla. Cool 10 min. Use 1 level tablespoon or less for each cookie. Moisten fingers and form into strawberry shape. Milk Bar Compost Skillet Cookie
Raid your pantry and throw everything you find into this compost skillet cookie - both sweet and salty!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl combine 3 Tbsp softened butter.
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp beaten egg ( do not use the whole egg)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/ cup old fashioned rolled oats
2 Tbsp graham cracker crumbs (1 sheet of graham crackers)
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
ADD INS
2 Tbsp toffee bits
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup broken pretzels
1/4 cup potato chips
In a small bowl combine butter, sugars, vanilla, beaten egg and stir to combine.
Add in dry ingredients and stir to form dough.
Stir in all the add ins.
Press dough into a 6 inch cast iron skillet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges and gooey in the middle

Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Skillet Chocolate Cookie is an amazing irresistible dessert in form of a giant chocolate chip cookie that is easy and quick to prepare perfect for any occasion. It is served warm, with ice cream on top and is simply divine.

Ingredients
Makes about 8 servings
1/2 cup (113g) butter
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (190g) flour
3/4 tsp (4.5g) baking soda
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
1 cup (160g) chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C.). In a 9 -10 inch cast iron skillet melt butter over low heat.
2. Remove from heat and add sugar and light brown sugar. If necessary let it cool slightly before adding the egg.
3. Stir in egg and vanilla extract. Incorporate dry ingredients, salt, baking soda and flour.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips or chunks and spread the batter evenly in the skillet.
5. Bake for 20 minutes until slightly golden.
6. Serve warm with ice cream on top.

Not much to say here, except that this is incredibly ooey gooey and craveworthy. Splurge city right here.
Total skillet cookie, 10 portions. Per portion: P1/C17/F15
1/2 Cup coconut oil
1/4 Cup beet sugar
1/2 Cup date sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 large egg
1 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
3 Cups amaranth flakes cereal, crushed
1/2 Cup cacao chips
INSTRUCTIONS
• 350 oven. Spray a glass pie plate with cooking spray if you don’t have a cast iron skillet.
• Melt coconut oil and beet sugar in a pie-pan sized cast iron skillet or a small saucepan over low heat.
• Remove from heat and stir in date sugar and vanilla. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
• In a small bowl, stir a spoonful of the warm mixture and the egg to slowly warm the egg without scrambling it.
• Add the egg to the mix and stir in the baking soda and salt.
• Next, fold in the crushed cereal and the cacao chips.
• Transfer to pie plate if not using cast iron.
• Bake 20-25 minutes.
• Cookie will puff up in the oven and deflate when you remove it from the oven. Check center for doneness.
