How To make Skillet Pasta with Shrimp Scallops & Vegetables
1 tb Vegetable oil
3 sm Zucchini, cut into thin
-strips 1 md Red bell pepper, slivered
- 1 md Green bell pepper, slivered
6 oz Bay shrimp
1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh angel
-hair pasta, cooked and -drained 1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Finely chopped parsley
1/3 c Heavy cream
1 md Yellow bell pepper,
-slivered 1/2 lb Bay scallops
1 sm Red onion, thinly sliced
1 ds Of cayenne
In a 10- or 12-inch skillet,heat oil over medium heat. Add zzzucchini, peppers and onion. Stir to coat with oil. cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Add parsely, clam juice, cream and scallops. Cook, stirring occasionally, until scallops are just opaque, about 3 minutes. Add shrimp and heat throough, 1 minute. Season with salt and cayenne. Spoon sauce over hot cooked pasta. ►1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
►1 Tbsp oil
►1 small onion, finely chopped
►2 Tbsp butter
►1 garlic clove
►1/3 cup white wine (I used Ste Chapelle Chardonnay ~$6)
►2 cups heavy whipping cream
►1/3 cup parmesan cheese
►S&P to taste
►Sprinkle of paprika
►Parsley or basil for garnish if desired

Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper.
Add oil to a skillet, along with butter.
Add the shrimp and cook thoroughly.
Remove the shrimp.
Add garlic, and combine. Add the red chili flakes and combine.
Add lemon juice, and re-add the shrimp.
Add butter and garnish with fresh parsley.

1 diced shallot
1 lemon (zest and juice)
1 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup diced parsley

1 tsp chicken bouillon
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, chili flakes

1/2 loaf french bread
1 stick melted butter
1/4 cup diced parsley
2 tbsps roasted garlic
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
red pepper flakes to taste
