SUPER EASY MEXICAN MACHACA” | SEASONED SHREDDED BEEF
Hello my beautiful fam welcome back to my kitchen, today I’m so excited to share my super easy and delicious machaca in case you don’t know what that is , basically dehydrated seasoned shredded beef. Its perfect to enjoy in tacos, burritos, tostadas, enchiladas or just simply like that with a side of rice and beans ???? it’s super juicy, tender and delicious!!!! Like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe , this is the way I was taught and I hope you enjoy it! Ingredients:
2-3 lbs chuck pot roast ( I buy mine at Walmart- beef choice angus chuck roast, to me is the best one)
1 cup boiling hot water
2 Anaheim peppers
2 poblano peppers
3 roma tomatoes
1 onion
5 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
2 beef bouillon
Salt and Pepper

I M P O R T A N T ⚠️
If you don’t have a pressure cooker no problem, in a pot over medium high heat, fill it up half way with water, salt, onion, garlic and tomatoes once it comes to a boil add the meat and allow to come to boil again, once it comes to a boil remove the skum formed on top of pot, reduce heat to medium low add all spices, cover and allow to cook between 2-3 hours ????
Ingredients:
For the meat:
5 lbs beef I used a mix of Chuck tender roast, beef shank and country style ribs
1 onion
2 roma tomatoes
1 garlic head
4 bay leaves
2 tbsp apple cider vinagre
8 whole cloves
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tbsp beef bouillon
Salt I used 2 tbsp coarse
For the adobo sauce:
7 New Mexico or guajillo Chile pods
2 pasilla/ancho chile pods
2 garlic cloves
For the salsa:
1/2 diced onion
1/2 finely chopped cilantro
4 roma tomatoes
Chile árbol I used 25
2 garlic cloves
Salt I used 2 tsp

You won't find a dry chuck roast here! Smoked chuck roast is the best alternative to the big boy (beef brisket) for smoked pulled beef. It's smaller, generally much more affordable per pound, and it takes significantly less time to cook.
Smoking a chuck roast low and slow will help break down the tough connective tissue through the beef. This is a similar process to brisket, beef ribs, and other tough cuts. Patience pays off, you will have incredibly tender and moist shredded beef.

These crispy, slim fingers of beef doused in a heavenly sweet and sticky sauce was one of my first Chinese food obsessions. Super-crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside, it's a masterpiece of texture and flavour!

Today I’m going to share with you how I make the best tacos dorados fajita style! Let me tell you to be honest this tacos and salsa is all you need! It’s so delicious, this is one of the salsas my mom always makes because you don’t boil or cook anything she calls it salsa cruda and is typical enjoyed with chicharrónes ugh it’s seriously delicious! It is spicy tho so if you can’t tolerate it, add more tomatoes, use less arbol or use Chile japonés instead just make sure you strain the salsa if needed ????

1/4 white onion chopped
