How To make Seven Up Cake
1 Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 Pineapple Instant Pudding
4 Eggs
2/3 c Vegetable oil
10 oz 7-Up
ICING:
1 cn Crushed Pineapple; small
1/2 c Margarine
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Flour
1 cn Angel Flake Coconut
2 Eggs
Empty lemon supreme cake mix and instant pineapple pudding into a large mixing bowl. Add oil and eggs. Beat about 2 minutes. Add 7-Up and mix until well blended. Pour into a sheet cake pan that has been greased and floured. Bake 35-40 minutes or until done in a preheated 350~ oven. While still hot spread with Icing. Cook margarine, sugar, pineapple, flour and eggs until thick. Add coconut and blend well. Spread over cake while both are still warm. ~----
and soak beans in water to cover by 2 inches, overnight. In the morning, drain & rinse the beans. Return to pot with 18 cups cold water. Add ginger, and bring to a full boil. Reduce to active simmer & Cook until tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 3 hours more. Stir and add water as needed. 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
5 large eggs, room temperature
2 tbsp lemon extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup 7Up
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Easy 7up Pound Cake Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 (scant) cups of sugar
2 sticks of butter
1/2 cup of butter flavored crisco
3 cups of cake flour ( I use Swans Down)
5 eggs
7 oz of 7up pop
1/2 teaspoon of coconut flavor
1 teaspoon of lemon flavor
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Have ingredients at room temperature
Cream sugar, butter and crisco @ high speed
Add eggs, one at a time
Continue beating @ high speed
Add flour and 7up alternately
Add flavoring
Bake in greased tube pan @ 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours

Hey friends! Today I’m sharing a classic dessert: 7 Up Cake! It’s so sweet, dense and moist. It’s a real crowd-pleaser.
7 Up Cake is a holiday staple at family gatherings. Be sure to make two! I’ve witnessed fights break out over the last piece, LOL! This recipe is very easy to make, and it tastes heavenly. Follow along as I show you how to whip up my version of 7 Up Cake.
Start by whipping the butter. I always use butter in my cakes, never margarine. Slowly mix in the eggs and sugar until nice and creamy. Now add in the flour and 7 Up, alternating between the two. Lastly, add the vanilla extract and lemon extract, and mix until creamy. Pour the cake mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake. To make the glaze, mix 7 Up, confectioners sugar, and lemon and vanilla extract in a pan. Boil until it’s thickened. Pour the glaze all over the cooled cake. Once nice and sticky, your delicious cake is ready to be served!
