These laddus are healthy, tasty, packed with proteins, essential fatty acids, antioxidants and minerals. These laddus are little factories of good health.
These laddus can be made within minutes. You can pack them in kids' lunch boxes and also give them with a hot glass of milk in the morning when they don't have the time for breakfast.
All you need to do is roast some sesame seeds until they pop. Transfer to a bowl. Heat some ghee and fry some raisins until they puff out. Then fry some crushed nuts like almonds, cashew nuts and pistachios. Grind some dates coarsely and add these to the nuts' mixture and add some cardamom powder or nutmeg powder for that magical flavour.
Now mix all the above ingredients well to form the laddus when the mixture is still warm and enjoy.
The leftover laddus can be stored in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator so that the taste remains in tact.

Ingredients:
2 cups of almonds
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small mixing bowl, combine the sesame seeds, honey, cinnamon and sea salt.
Spread the almonds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the honey mixture over the almonds and toss until the almonds are evenly coated.
Bake the almonds for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
