LA RECETTE SECRÈTE DU KFC VEGAN ?? (feat Joe O'Banjo)

Ingrédients :
Aiguilettes végétales (fait maison, Épi&co, ou autre marque)
Aromates et épices en poudre : Thym, basilic, paprika, ail, oignon, origan, mélange tex-mex
Yaourt végétal
Sel
Jus de citrons
Farine
Lait de soja
Maizena
Huile de tournesol
Etapes :
Couper les aiguillettes en deux
Les faire mariner dans un mélange citron/sel/poivre
Puis préparer dans 2 récipients
- un mélange lait végétal/yaourt végétal/maizena (mélange 1)
- Farine + épices/aromates (mélange 2)
Placer les aiguillettes dans le mélange 1, puis 2, puis 1 et enfin 2
Les faire frire dans de l'huile à 180°C pendant quelques minutes
Laisser refroidir dans un sopalin, ou un torchon pour absorber l'huile.

Vegan cabbage roll soup [unstuffed] recipe in description box
Healthy & affordable soup with a traditional taste. Here's my recipe..
1 package of gardein beefless ground
5-6 cups of coleslaw cabbage mix
24 oz tomato sauce
32 oz veggie broth
1 medium onion
2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp dry basil
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 brown rice
Salt & pepper to taste
Combine in large pot cook on medium heat for 45 minutes, enjoy!
I totally forgot the rice that I had precooked. I added it after the video was finished. I'm so so sorry!
