Baked Scallop Dynamite - Easy Restaurant Style Recipe only better!
This Baked Scallop Dynamite is a classic restaurant style recipe just like in your favorite Sushi Restaurant - Only better! Serve over sushi rice or steamed rice for a homemade Japanese Dinner.

Ingredients:
Immitation Crab Meat - 8 ounces Bay Scallops - 1 pound Mayonnaise - 3/4 of a cup Masago (Fish Roe) - 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon Sugar - 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon Sriracha - 1/2 of a teaspoon
Directions:
Drain the bay scallops and pat dry. In a large bowl add the mayonnaise, masago, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and Sriracha. Whisk until all of the ingredients are well combined. Next, break up the immitation crab with your fingers into bitesized pieces directly into the sauce. You can also cut the crab meat up with a knife but I prefer the texture of hand torn crab meat. Now, add the scallops to the bowl. Mix with a spoon until all ingredients are well coated with the sauce. Transfer to a 7x9 inch baking dish and smooth out the top with the back of your spoon. Place in a pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve on sushi rice or steamed rice. (Link down Below). Enjoy!
