2 Envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c Cold water
10 oz Cans consomme'
1 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Finely chopped green onion
2 tb Finely chopped curly
Parsley 1/2 ts Tabasco
3 Dz boiled shrimp or
-crawfish, Or 1/2 lb fresh crabmeat 2 To 3 dz crackers
Mayonnaise Curly parlsey sprigs Recipe 1 Pour gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and stir. 2 Heat consomme' until hot, but not boiling. 3 Add lemon juice, chopped green onion, parsley, tabasco, and the dissolved gelatin mixture to the consomme' and stir. 4 Grease 3 egg holders or small muffin tins. 5 Put seafood in the bottom of each holder or tin. 6 Pour the consomme mixture over the seafood, cover, and refrigerate 6-8 hours. 7 Unmold and serve on plain crackers thinly spread with mayonnaise and garnish each with a sprig of parsley.

Today in GreyPot lets see how to make Fish Sizzlers
Ingredients
Fish - 200gms
Vegetables - 1 cup
Red chilly flakes - 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
Red chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Garlic - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
Onion - 1/2 cup
Method
1. Marinate fish with soy sauce, red chilly sauce, tomato sauce, garlic and salt for 30 minutes.
2. Sautee the blanched vegetables in oil with garlic and red chilly flakes.
3. Cook the marinated fish in garlic, and onion till it turns golden brown.
4. Make the sauce with onion, garlic, red chilly sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, salt and water. cook till it becomes thick.
5. Place the hot iron sizzler plate on the wood base and place a cabbage leaf and serve fish in it. Add the vegetables with crispy french fries and pour the sauce.
6. Enjoy the sizzling sound and smoke.

Miso Glazed Seafood Rice Bowl. We made our dish using Black Cod, also known as Sablefish from Alaska. It is marinated in a white miso and sake mixture, seared and served over a bed of rice with some quick pickled cucumbers and your choice of additions. This is not only healthy, it is packed full of flavor. It is an easy dish to make your own with your choice of fish and vegetables. Salmon would be a great substitute for this recipe.
Ingredients:
• ½ cup sake
• ½ cup mirin
• ½ cup white miso
• ½ cup sugar
• 2, 8 oz portion of Black Cod, Cod or Salmon
• 1 tbsp of grapeseed oil, or a neutral oil
• Steamed Jasmine rice for serving (plan ½ of uncooked rice per serving)
• Cucumber salad:
• 3 tbsp of rice wine vinegar
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 2 medium garlic cloves, grated
• 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ tsp kosher salt
• 1-2 Persian cucumbers thinly sliced
• 1 bunch scallions, white and light green parts thinly sliced
