How To make Scallop and Smoked Salmon Pasta
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
shredded
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese :
grated
pinch saffron threads crushed 4 ounces bay Scallops
1/3 cup green onion :
sliced
1 tablespoon Capers drained
2 ounces Smoked salmon :
cut in strips
8 ounces Spinach Fettucini or other pasta -- cooked and drained
Heat oil in a medium. saucepan over medium. heat. Add garlic and cook 30 sec. Stir together milk and cornstarch; add to garlic. Cook and stir over medium.-low heat till thickened and bubbly. Add mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepper, and saffron; stir till cheeses are melted and smooth.
Add scallops, green onion, and capers; cook for 3 to 5 minutes., stirring often; till scallops are done. Stir in salmon.
Serve over hot Fettucini or pasta.

Lemon pepper seasoning
Old bay
Smoked paprika
Salt Free Cajun seasoning
2 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp Italian herb paste

My Favourite Fish Linguine Recipe, with mussels!
This fish linguine is a delicious and satisfying pasta dish that combines the rich flavours of fresh seafood with perfectly cooked pasta. This recipe is one of my favourite fish pasta dishes out there, and it is made using succulent mussels, which add a beautiful flavour of the sea to the dish.
The recipe is quick and easy to make, and by the time your water boils and your pasta is cooked, you'll be practically done with the cooking process.
To garnish, fry some chunky crumb croutons in olive oil until they are golden brown and crunchy, and sprinkle them over the top of your pasta dish.
Overall, seafood linguini marinara is a crowd-pleasing pasta dish that is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner or a special occasion meal. INGREDIENTS
-1 box pasta ( spaghetti, linguine etc) * I didn't use the entire box if you are going to cook the entire box to serve please double the sauce recipe*
-3-4 tbs chicken bouillon powder plus water * simple fill the pot with water and add bouillon )
( or two 32 oz chicken stock containers. please taste the water before adding the pasta to make sure its seasoned to your taste, and adjust as necessary )
-1 tbs old bay seasoning
( to cook the pasta .. this is optional.. you can add things like onion powder, Italian seasoning or whatever seasoning you like!)
* please cook pasta according to pasta box instructions or desired doneness*
1 lb scallops or shrimp ( protein of choice )
seasoning .. Kosher salt or truffle salt
black pepper, or blackened seasoning ( I typically season the scallops simple, and jazz up the sauce and pasta . this keeps everything from being overly salted)
7 garlic gloves ( chopped or minced .. you can substitute fresh garlic for garlic paste or 3 tbs garlic powder .. simply add it into the sauce and cook like I did in the video)
5 scallions Finely chopped or chives
3 tbs olive oil ( to cook scallops )
2 tbs butter ( to cook scallops )
TO MAKE THE PASTA SAUCE * please double recipe if cooking an entire box of pasta ..I only used half box in this video *
1 1/4 cups white wine
2 cups pasta water ( be sure to preserve this before straining the pasta )
3 tbs salted butter
chopped green onion
salt to taste
1 lemon (fresh lemon juice)
Grated parmesan cheese ( desired amount )
