Ingredients:
Meatballs
- 3 Slices White Bread (Crust removed)
- 2/3 cup or 167ml Heavy Cream
- 4 Cloves or 25g Garlic
- 1 Yellow Onion or 180g
- 1/4 cup or 13g Parmesan Reggiano
- 1lb or 453g Ground Beef
- 1lb or 453g Sweet Italian Sausage
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Flat Leaf Parsley
- 1 egg
- Flour to dust the meatballs
- 2-3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil to sauté the meatballs
Tomato Sauce
- 1 Yellow Onion or 180g
- 1/3 Carrot or 35g
- 2 Cloves Garlic or 12g
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Celery Seed
- 56 oz or 1588g Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Stem of Basil
- Basil Leaves – to taste
- Flat Leaf Parsley – to taste
- 2-3 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

My family's favorite meatball recipe is what I'm sharing today, simple yet delicious.
Easy Soft And Delicious Meatballs
40g leftover bread or fresh bread
Sauce
1/2 of a medium onion
400g tomato purée
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Salt
3 tbsp of olive oil
Mince Mixture
400g ground beef
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 medium clove of minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
Salt
1 whole egg
To Add To The sauce
1 cup of water
1/2 cube of beef or chicken stock
METHOD
-Soak the bread in water for 5 minutes
-In the meantime heat the olive oil on medium-low
-Fry the onion on medium for 3 minutes
-Add the tomato,black pepper,salt, cook for 10 minutes
-Squeeze out water from the bread, add to the mince,1 tbsp parsley,1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, minced garlic ,black pepper,salt and the egg, mix thoroughly, make small meatballs
-Add the meatballs to the sauce,water and the stock,cover and cook for 30 minutes
-10 minutes into the cooking time, gently turn them, cover and cook for the remaining time, stir every now and then
-They are ready, serve with pasta or with bread

Ingredients:-
For Meatballs
250 grams mutton mince
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
8 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Salt as required
1 egg
For frying meatballs:-
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 -3 Bay leaves
1 tsp Rosemary
For the Tomato Sauce:-
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion chopped
8-10 slices of mushrooms
5 cloves garlic, minced
400 grams blanched peeled and chopped tomatoes
Salt as required
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
8-10 fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 packet spaghetti
1 dollop butter
Method:-
Boil spaghetti in salted roll boiling water. Once done, strain the spaghetti and splash olive oil in it.
Meatballs:-
In a bowl take the mutton mince, breadcrumbs, garlic, curled parsley, rosemary, salt, cinnamon powder, ground black pepper, egg and mix it well. Dip fingers in cold water and roll lemon-sized meatballs of this mixture.
Frying the meatballs:-
In a pan heat olive oil, bay leaves and rosemary. Fry the meatballs in this pan till they are golden brown on all sides.
The sauce:-
In the same pan, heat oil and add garlic, onion and saute for 30-40 seconds. After that, add the mushrooms, salt, ground pepper, tomatoes, basil leaves, sugar, lukewarm water and mix it well. Then add the meatballs to this and cook it for 6 minutes.
Now add the spaghetti along with a dollop of butter and give it a few tosses. Once mixed, turn the flame off and serve!

Juicy flavour-packed meatballs in that classic rich and creamy Swedish meatball sauce.
It makes such a great comforting dinner served with mashed potato and of course some lingonberry jam (although I've got some other suggestions if you can't find it).

Swedish Meatballs Ingredients:
Meatballs:
500 g (1lb)beef mince - ideally 20% fat
250 g (1/2 lb)pork mince
1 onion - finely chopped
1 clove of garlic - minced
4 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
1 medium egg
5 tbsp (75ml) full-fat milk
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp allspice
2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp plain - all-purpose flour
180 ml (3/4 cup) beef stock
120 ml (1/2 cup) vegetable stock
120 ml (1/2 cup) double (heavy) cream
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp salt
To Serve:
Finely chopped fresh parsley
Creamy mashed potato
Lingonberry jam - or redcurrant jelly
Green veg – such as broccoli or green beans
