Shrimp Pasta With Creamy Spicy Tomato Sauce Recipe | 30 Minute Meal
This recipe can satisfy a number of meal occasions. It's quick and easy so you can prepare it for a weeknight dinner. Yet it's also perfect for casual entertaining as it is packed with flavor and a touch of heat from the Italian herbs and crushed red pepper. Use jumbo shrimp if you want to make it impressive!
Ingredients!
4 oz. large shrimp
Pappardelle pasta
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsps. unsalted butter
1 small onion chopped
1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
2-3 tbsps. tomato paste
1 tsp dry pepper flakes
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 handful fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

White Sauce for bbqs, shawarma or fried food
For Marination:
Chicken tenders: 500g
Pickle Brine: 1 cup (you can use vinegar, I used pickle brine from gherkins jar)
Buttermilk : 1 cup (Mix the 250 ml milk and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a jug. Leave at room temperature for 5-10 mins until the milk has thickened slightly)
Black pepper : 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper: 1/2 tsp
For Coating:
2 cup Plain flour
1/2 cup Potato Starch (or you can use cornflour )
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
4 beaten egg whites
Method:
1- Drain the pickle brine from the pickle jar.
2- Take Chicken tenders, Combine the pickle brine, buttermilk, black pepper, & cayenne, paprika, in a sealable container. Cover & leave for 2 hours.
3- Once the chicken is ready, start heating the oil in wok at 170c.
4- In a plain flour, Combine potato starch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chilli powder , salt, white & pepper. Mix & set aside.
5- Add the egg whites into a bowl and whisk.
6- Transfer the chicken from the marination , into the egg whites. Then, one piece at a time, dip in the flour mixture.
7- Allow the chicken fingers to sit for 10 minutes before frying.
8 - Fry the chicken fingers for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.

Renowned video blogger for tigerchef.com/ and chef extraordinaire Danny Dangoor teaches how to make savory oil. Ingredients needed sprigs of dried rosemary and thyme, fresh cloves of garlic, dried chili flakes, whole black peppercorns, and oil.
This oil is perfect for having in the kitchen for cooking or for the table for dipping. To prepare, insert one sprig of rosemary into your bottle and 2-3 sprigs of thyme and set aside. Crush your cloves of garlic against the flat of your knife and drop into a pan, add your oil and a small pinch of your chili flakes and half a tablespoon of whole peppercorns. Cook on a low flame for 20 minutes and let cool. Insert the remaining pepper flakes, peppercorns, and the cooked garlic into the bottle, transfer the oil from the pan into a jar, and funnel into the bottle. Within two days the flavors from the rosemary and thyme should infuse with the oil and give it it's full flavor.
