Sausage and beans: a delicious recipe for dinner
INGREDIENTS Extra virgin olive oil 2 cloves of garlic Sage 800g of pork sausage 600g (2 3/4 cups) of tomato sauce 800g of beans Salt Pepper
METHOD 1. In a pan add the extra virgin olive oil, and garlic, and use the sage to flavor the oil. Add the sausages and let them brown on all sides. 2. Pour tomato sauce over the sausages and let them cook over low heat (for about 30-35 minutes). 3. Add the cooked beans and stir all well. Season with salt, and pepper, add the fresh sage and continue cooking until the sauce is tender (for about 10 minutes). 4. Remove from the heat and serve on a plate. ----------------------------------------------------------------
