How To make Sausage, Cheese, and Egg Casserole
12 c Herb seasoned croutons
2 c Grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb Mild bulk sausage
2 1/2 c Milk
3/4 t Dry mustard
1/2 t Salt
1 Dash of pepper
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c Milk
4 a ggs
Place croutons on bottom of greased casserole, top with 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Brown and drain sausage, put on top of cheese. Beat eggs with milk and seasonings, pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. Next Day: Dilute soup with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over and spread remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Bake at 300 F. for 1 1/2 hours.

Christmas Breakfast Casserole. This breakfast casserole has everything. Hash browns, eggs, cheese and sausage. Some people call it a has brown casserole, and others loaded brekfast casserole. It's easy to trick it out even more by adding peppers onions and other things. Here's the Recipe:
10 eggs
2 cups milk
1 bag of your favorite has brown potatoes
2 cups mild cheddar cheese
1 cup mixed Colby Jack cheese
1 pound breakfast sausage (drained)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350*F
Brown the hash browns enough to cover the bottom of your greased 8-1/2 x 11 baking dish.
Brown and drain your sausage. Crumbling up as you go.
Add a layer of sausage saving some for the top.
Add a layer of cheese with the 2 cups shredded cheddar
Beat 10 eggs and milk with salt & Pepper to taste gently pour over everything evenly.
Add the remaining sausage and top with shredded Colby Jack cheese
Bake at 350* for approximately one hour making sure the middle is cooked through. HINT: if you jiggle it and looks liquid in the middle...IT IS! Cook it longer. You can also test with a butter knife or toothpick for doneness.
If making the night before, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Make sure to give it at least 30-45 minutes on the counter to come up to room temperature before baking.

This Cheesy Sausage Egg Casserole is the perfect brunch or breakfast recipe! Eggs and sausage and cheese all baked up in a pan, everyone loves this recipe!
INGREDIENTS
1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
1/2 cup butter melted
1 16 ounce package cottage cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 eggs lightly beaten
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x13” pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook breakfast sausage in a medium skillet over medium-high heat, breaking into crumbles. Cook until no longer pink. Transfer to a plate covered with paper towels and pat away the excess fat. Cool at least 10 minutes.
Stir together butter, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, pepper, and salt. Whisk in eggs and whisk until combined (mixture will be lumpy). Stir in cooked and cooled sausage.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until browned and set in the middle. Cool 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Best served fresh, but it can also be sliced and stored in individual containers and frozen. Defrost in microwave.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground breakfast sausage (browned)
6 Slices of bread (cubed)
2 Cups of Milk
6 Eggs
2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar)
Steps:
1 Brown the breakfast sausage then set aside
2 cube or break 6 slices of bread
3 In a mixing bowl, add 6 eggs, milk, breakfast sausage, and cheese - mix thoroughly
4 Add bread and let soak for 30 minutes
5 Pour in a 13 x 9 casserole dish or baking pan
6 Bake at 350 uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
