HOW TO MAKE DUTCH SAND COOKIES / stay at home activity / COVID-19
Hello! Welcome back to my channel. Today I am showing you how to make dutch sand cookies. They are soooooo crunchy, easy and yummy, we bake them almost every week!
All you need is: 150 grams of cold butter 200 grams of flour 100 grams of caster sugar 1 egg yolk
Knead all the ingredients together or use a food processor! Now that we have to stay at home due to the corona crisis or COVID-19, I need to come up with some ideas for activities that we can all join in. Baking is definitely a stay at home activity that we all love! ( And we love EATING lol ) Besides, when doing this with your kids you can teach them about food, measuring the ingredients and they learn how to make there own stuff without e-numbers, chemical additives or preservatives. Give it a try and let me know what you think! Lots of love ( and chaos ) from the Netherlands, x Lenny
