BAKED SALMON | easy, no-fail recipe with lemon garlic butter
This moist, flavorful, and flakey baked salmon is what dinner recipes are all about! It’s seriously the easiest recipe to make – all you need are a few salmon fillets, plus a quick lemon garlic butter sauce, and herbs. Then, let the oven work it’s magic!
This is hands-down the salmon recipe that I make most often in my house. It’s honestly foolproof, it takes less than 20 minutes to make, and it gives you the most succulent, and mouth-watering salmon. In other words, it’s just an easy, healthy dinner recipe that the whole family will love. It's also gluten-free, low-carb, and keto friendly. This is a delicious dish.. made with rice ,
3 cup of rice
1 can of small Salmon , you can add more
Shredded cheese , large tomato, slice in half and half it again , seasoned to taste,
1/2 cup of heavy cream, 3eggs …beat the heavy cream with the eggs
…you can double if you like more …
Bake at 175 for 2 hours

SALMON CASSEROLE--SHELF STABLE PANTRY
Welcome back to the Shelf Stable Pantry Collaboration (always the 1st Tuesday of the month)! This is something always in my pantry and is a nice and different take on salmon cakes! Salmon casserole! Also great for during Lent!

SALMON CASSEROLE
3 small cans of salmon packed in water, drained
1 can of peas, drained
1 can of mixed veggies, drained
4 beaten eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup melted velveeta cheese, divided
3/4 C Italian bread crumbs
1 tbs dill
1 tbs chopped onion
1 tbs red pepper flakes
Cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
Beat eggs.
Mix in mushroom soup, dill, pepper, and onion.
Add drained salmon and bread crumbs and mix.
Add the peas and veggies, mix.
Add in 1/2 of the melted velveeta, mix.
Add all into a 9x11 baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake for 3o minutes at 350F, pull out and add rest of melted velveeta to the top.
Return to oven and bake and additional 10 minutes.
Remove and serve hot!

Bluehouse Salmon Noodle Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 3/4 pound cavatappi or other short pasta
- 3/4 lbs Bluehouse Salmon, cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
Steps:
1. Melt 3 tbsp butter over medium-high heat
2. Add 1/4 cup all purpose flour
3. Add 3 cups whole milk
4. Stir until thickened
5. Add 3/4 pound pasta
6. Add 3/4 lbs Bluehouse Salmon, cubed
7. Add 1/2 cup chopped scallions
8. Add 1 tsp. lemon zest
9. Add 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
10. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20-25 minutes
11. Serve with lemon wedges, more scallions and dill, and breadcrumbs
