How To make Salmon Burgers with Pineapple Rings
*TERIYAKI MARINADE** 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons firmly packed lightl brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
OR
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
**BURGERS** 1 1/4 pounds skinless salmon fillet, cut into :
2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons green onion chopped
2 cloves garlic :
finely chopped
1 1" piece fresh gingerroot -- peeled and grated
2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
4 3/4"-inch thick fresh pineapple rings
6 small green onion, cut lengthwise in half & -- ends trimmed
4 each sesame-seed rolls -- split
Several hours or day before serving, prepare Teriyaki Marinade: In small jar with tight-fitting lid, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, sesame oil, and ginger; cover and set aside until ready to use.
Several hours before serving, prepare salmon mixture for Burgers: In food processor fitted with chopping blade, process salmon, green onion, garlic, gingerroot, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined. Divide into 4 equal parts; shape each into a 5-inch round burger. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before grilling. (Burgers must be refrigerated for at least the recommeded time to maintain shape during cooking.)
About 30 minutes before grilling, heat indoor or outdoor grill to medium. In medium-size bowl, combine pineapple rings, green onions, and Teriyaki Marinade; cover and refrigerate to 10 minutes. Drain marinade into serving pitcher and set aside.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Grill burgers 6 inches above heat until cooked through, turning onceabout 10 minutes. Grill pineapple rings and green onions until heated through, turning once:
about 1 to 2 minutes. Grill rolls just until lightly toasted.
On 4 individual plates, assemble burgers: Placed salmon burgers on bottom halves of rolls. Top each with a pineapple slice and 3 green onion halves; cover with tops of rolls. Serve with reserved Teriyaki Marinade.

Salmon Burgers:
2 pounds fresh Salmon skinned and de-boned
1 cup green onions, thinly slices
¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
½ jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup panko bread crumbs
6 burger buns
Lemon-Dill Yogurt Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt
zest of 1 lemon + juice of ½ lemon
1 handful of fresh dill, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Optional Toppings:
avocado
cabbage slaw
grilled pineapple
lettuce
pickled onions
tomatoes
Instructions:
Salmon Burgers:
Using a sharp knife, finely dice the salmon. Place in a large bowl. Add the green onions, cilantro, parsley, jalapeño (if using), eggs, Dijon, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and salt; mix to combine. Gently mix in the panko bread crumbs to the salmon, and form 6 patties. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat until shimmering. Carefully lower salmon patties into the oil and cook, turning once or twice, until lightly browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side; adjust heat as necessary to keep patties sizzling without scorching the bread crumbs.
Transfer patties to a paper towel-lined tray and sprinkle lightly with salt.
To assemble burgers, smear an even layer of lemon-dill sauce on the top and bottom halves of each bun. Set a salmon patty on top of the bottom bun and top with toppings of choice.
Lemon-Dill Yogurt Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.

How to Make a Salmon burger - Recipe in description
Makes 4 servings
Preparation time: 25 minutes
125 ml of vegetable oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon of mustard
Salt
Pepper
3 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
500g of salmon fillets, fresh or frozen
½ red onion
1 organic lime
6 stalks of coriander
1-2 teaspoons of red curry paste
1-2 tablespoon of soy sauce
4 slices of sourdough bread
4 lettuce leaves
Frying oil
To prepare the mayonnaise, put the oil, egg, mustard, salt and pepper in a cup. Gradually make a creamy mayonnaise with the hand mixer, moving from bottom to top. Mix with half of the Thai chilli sauce and refrigerate.
Wash the salmon and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into chunks and make a smooth purée with half of it. Peel and chop the onion. Wash 1 lime under hot water, dry, and finely grate half of the skin. Wash the coriander, pat dry, cut off any thick stems and chop the rest. Toss the onion, lime peel, coriander, curry paste, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce leftover ¬and the rest of salmon into the blender and blend briefly. Heat the oil in a pan. Make 4 burgers with the salmon dough and fry for about 10-12 minutes over medium heat.
Cut the bread slices in half and toast. Spread each slice with a little mayonnaise, add lettuce leaves, put the burgers on one bun half and cover with the other one.

Found Cancer in my Chicken Meat ???? #Shorts
Today I was quartering a chicken and found large masses of cancer in the chicken breasts. I have never seen this in chicken meat before. I have heard of cancer in pork meat but never seen it in chicken before. This is an example of why you should quarter your own chickens because you can see everything and discard the meat instead of just cutting around it. The grocery store refunded me and gave me a new chicken that was fine. In all my years first time seeing this. Let me know in comments if you have ever seen this before. #shorts
