S'mores Chocolate Poke Cake With Marshmallow Filling | Super Easy Recipe | Summer Dessert
This S'mores Poke Cake is really easy to make and super yummy! It is perfect for a summer get together or cookout.
Recipe
1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
Ingredients on back of box
1 chocolate pudding mix, optional
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 7oz. Container Marshmallow Fluff
3/4 C. Powdered Sugar
1/2 C. Butter, softened
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Mini Marshmallows
1/2 C Mini Chocolate Chips
4 Graham Crackers broken up into bite sized pieces
1. Mix chocolate cake according to package directions. If desired, add a box of instant chocolate pudding in before mixing in the wet ingredients. This makes a super moist cake. Bake chocolate cake in 13x9 pan.
2. Poke holes in warm cake and let cool.
3. Make filling by beating butter in a bowl until smooth. Add in the condensed milk, marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and salt. Beat until combined. Add in the powdered sugar, mixing once more.
4. Once cake is cooled, spread filling over the cake. Place in fridge and get the toppings ready. Place graham crackers, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows on top and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Toasted marshmallows, chocolate and a moist cinnamon cake, what's not to love about a s'mores cake??! This tender graham cracker cake is filled with a marshmallowy fluff, covered in chocolate buttercream, drizzled with dark chocolate throughout, and skirted with an addictive, crunchy graham cracker crumble. It’s a MUST make cake!!! I've baked this cake a few times and it's a total crowd pleaser. And yes, I think it makes a perfect birthday cake in case you're wondering.
What's my favorite part? I love the crunch from the Graham cracker crumble and the solidified chocolate in this cake, it contrasts well with the gooey marshmallow fluff! THis cake is SO YUMMY I really hope you ger a chance to make it soon.

This easy no-bake s'mores cake is filled with a rich, toasted marshmallow creme, layers of crunchy graham cracker, and mouth-watering chocolate fudge — also, it's topped with a rich ganache and even more toasted marshmallow! One bite of this cake and you'll love the flavors of Summer all year long.

S'mores Cake Recipe... You Really Will Want S'more! Glen And Friends Cooking
This S'mores Cake Recipe is a graham cracker cake with a marshmallow icing and chocolate chips melted on top. It is as tasty as the campfire s'mores we all love, in an easy to bake cake.
Ingredients:
625 mL (2 ½ cups) Graham cracker crumbs
150 mL (⅔ cup) flour
125 mL (½ cup) sugar
10 mL (2 tsp) baking powder
1 mL (1 tsp) salt
2 eggs
250 mL (1 cup) milk
125 mL (½ cup) butter, melted
5 mL (1 tsp) vanilla extract
500 mL (2 cups) mini marshmallows
250 mL (1 cup) chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Grease and line a 9”x13” baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix together the graham cracker, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl mix the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
Stir the milk mixture into the graham mixture until combined.
Transfer to the baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the marshmallows onto the partially baked cake, and then bake another 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle on the chocolate chips.
