Paige Goehner joined us again in the Nordic Ware Kitchen and made these festive and tasty Gingerbread Cookies using our Yuletide Cookie Stamps. In honor of our 75th Anniversary, we are inviting local chefs and celebrities to share a recipe and help make some memories in the kitchen! Paige was the winner of the 6th Season of the Kids Baking Championship, featured on Food Network in 2019. She shared how easy it is to add fun designs to your cookies just in time for the holidays.

Stamped Cookies - How to Use IOD Stamps on Royal Icing and Fondant
Not just for DIY home decor - IOD stamps can double as cookie stamps (just don't use the same set for DIY home decor)!
Here's a simple way to make fancy cookies for weddings, baby showers, holidays, and all your other special occasions. Using royal icing or fondant, shaped sugar cookies, and oil-based food coloring, you can easily get detailed cookie designs and cookie decorations. This technique works well for professional bakers as well as home bakers - so easy anyone can make these beautiful cookies.

Decorating Cookies Using Stamps
I first saw this idea on the Wilton website and wanted to give it a try! Using ink stamps is a quick way of adding decorations to cookies for Christmas.
Once these are dry, they can be stacked.
