How To make Rocky Road Cake
1 c Nuts; chopped
1 c Raisins; seedless
1 c Marshmellows; miniature
6 oz Semisweet chccolate pieces
1 pk Devil's food cake mix with
-pudding 4 Eggs
1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Water
Sugar; powdered; opt. Grease and flour tube pan. In small bowl, mix nuts, raisins, marshmallows and chocolate chips. In a large bowl, mix at low speed cake mix, eggs, mayonaise and water just until blended. Increase speed to medium, beat 2 minutes. Stir in nuts-and-raisins mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in 350-degree oven for 50 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove. Cool on rack. If desired, dust with powdered sugar. 5-Ingredient Rocky Road Cake
Rocky Road in cake form?! We 'ARNOTT' joking ????????
Serves 10
INGREDIENTS
300g ARNOTT’S Classic Assorted Biscuits
1½ cup mini white marshmallows
1 cup icing sugar, plus extra for the garnish
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup butter, cold and cubed
Serving suggestion:
Strawberries
METHOD
1. Line a 20cm springform cake tin with baking paper, ensuring to cover the sides of the tin as well.
2. Place a variety of the ARNOTT’S Classic Assorted Biscuits into a resealable plastic bag. Break the biscuits into smaller pieces by lightly bashing it using a heavy object (like a rolling pin)
3. Place the biscuit pieces into a large mixing bowl and add the mini marshmallows. Mix to combine and set aside.
4. Sieve the icing sugar and cocoa powder into a medium saucepan. Add ¾ cup of water and stir to combine. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
5. Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the butter cubes and stir for a few minutes until the mixture is melted, smooth and glossy. Allow to cool slightly.
6. Pour the cooled chocolate mixture over the biscuits and marshmallows and fold together. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and spread out evenly using a spatula. Allow to set in the fridge for 3-5 hours.
7. When the rocky road cake has set, transfer it from the cake tin to a medium-sized cake stand. Garnish the top of the cake with a dusting of icing sugar.
8. Slice into even portions. *Chef’s Tip: Dip a sharp knife in a tall glass of hot water before slicing.
9. Serve with tea and strawberries and ENJOY!

Rocky Road Graham Float
ingredients:
740ml all purpose cream(chilled overnight)
300ml condensed milk(chilled overnight)
20 single pack Grahams Chocolate
1-2 cups cocoa powder
1 cup mini marshmallows(more if needed) *extra for toppings
3/4 cup coasted peanuts(more if needed) *extra for toppings
1 tsp vanilla extract(optional)
10g Gelatine clear and unflavored(optional)
1/8 cup hot water
Procedure:
1) In a bowl combine condensed milk, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Mix well
2) Whip all purpose cream for 5 minutes on high speed
3) Gradually add chocolate-milk mixture and whip for another 3-5 min.
4) Combine hot water and gelatine. Mix until gelatine dissolves. *do not add hot gelatine into the cream mixture
5) Add dissolved gelatine and mix for 10-15 seconds
6) Add mini marshmallows and roasted peanuts
7) Fold into the cream mixture
8) Arrange grahams into the container
9) Gently pour the chocolate cream mixture
10)Add toppings and Chill for 4 hours or overnight
