Garlic Bread
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
• Makhan (butter) 100 gms
• Lehsan (garlic) chopped 4-5 cloves
• Parsley fresh or dried to taste
• Bread of your choice
• Namak (salt) to taste
• Kali mirch (black pepper) to taste
• Kuti lal mirch (chili flakes) to taste
• Jalapenos
• Olives
• Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
• Take butter, add chopped garlic and parsley (If you are taking fresh parsley, chop it and then add to the butter). Mix well until all are combined.
• Garlic can be used in chopped form or you can grind it as well, it is as per liking. If you like it chunky than chop, if you like it in paste form than grind to a paste and then add to butter.
• Slice bread diagonally, spread garlic butter on it generously.
• Now you can add any topping of your choice.
• For simple garlic bread, add garlic butter only.
• For cheesy garlic bread, spread garlic butter and then add cheese generously.
• Add any topping e.g.: jalapenos, corn, chopped onion, boiled shredded chicken, chili flakes or any Italian seasoning as per liking and so on.
• Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
• Bake garlic bread slices for 10 minutes and serve.
Tip: Garlic butter can be prepared and refrigerated for 10-15 days.

• Butter ko soft kar lain. Garlic ko apni pasand ke hisab se chop kar lain ya phir grind karlen. Parsley agar fresh hai tu usko dho kar chop kar lain.
• Ab teeno ajza ko achi tarah mix karlain. Garlic butter tayar hai.
• Bread ke slices kaat lain.
• Simple garlic bread keliye, garlic butter ko achi tarah bread k ek side pe laga lain.
• Cheesy garlic bread keliye, pehle garlic butter lagayen, phir achi tarah cheese lagaden.
• Agar koi topping add karna ho tu pehle garlic butter lagayen, phir topping add karain aur phir cheese se cover karlain.
• Topping keliye aap koi bhi ajza apni pasand ke hisab se le sakte hain, e.g. achari mirch, corn, ubli aur resha ki huee chicken, kuti lal mirch, chopped pyaz, koi bhi Italian seasoning.
• Oven ko 180 degrees pe preheat karlain.
• Ab in slices ko oven main 10 min keliye bake karlain.
Tip: Garlic butter tayar kar ke fridge main 10-15 din tak rakha jasakta hai.

Garlic Bread Recipe
1 loaf sourdough french bread
1 cube sweet butter, softened but not melted
2 bulbs garlic
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
olive oil
parmesan cheese finely grated to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut a small amount off of the tip end of the garlic bulbs to expose the cloves and place it on a piece of foil. Drizzle olive oil over the exposed cloves and wrap up the bulb leaving a little space around the top of the bulb.
Place the garlic in a the oven at 375 *F for anywhere from 50 minutes to a little over an hour. Check to see that the garlic is a nice golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Once cool, squeeze or pull out the cloves of garlic and combine with the softened butter in a bowl and mash until well mixed.
Then add the parsley and stir to combine.
Using a serrated knife, cut the french bread in half horizontally. With a pastry brush, lightly coat the bread with olive oil.
Then generously spread the butter/garlic mixture evenly over the bread. Grate some fresh parmesan cheese over the whole loaf.
Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and into the oven, reduce temperature to 350 degrees F. Cook the bread for about 10 minutes.
Then switch the temperature to broil and cook the bread until it turns a golden brown.
I left my bread on a lower rack during the broil time. You can raise it higher, just be sure to keep a close eye on it so it doesn't burn. This bread turns out crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Slice, serve and enjoy!

How to Roast Garlic with Frankie Celenza

RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 head of garlic
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
1 sprig fresh thyme, removed from stem
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Chop off the top stem of the garlic head to expose the individual cloves. Place garlic on a piece of foil, and drizzle with olive oil to coat the exposed cloves. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with thyme.
3. Wrap the aluminum foil around the head of garlic to seal so the oil doesn't seep from the packet. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
4. Allow to cool and use on anything: toast for garlic bread, popcorn, cooked vegetables, dissolved into mayo or butter, tossed with pasta, stirred into mashed potatoes, mixed into meatballs or hamburger patties.
