Double Chocolate Banana Loaf | Super Moist & Rich
This Double Chocolate Banana Loaf is the ultimate banana cake. It is so rich and divine.
Double Chocolate Banana Cake Recipe
Ingredients :
3 nos Banana
115 g Butter, melted
3/4 cup (145 g) Brown Sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 cup (125 g) Plain Flour
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Cinnamon Powder (optional)
1 cup (170 g) Chocolate Chip
Methods :
1. Preheat oven to 175C. Butter a loaf pan, or spray it with a nonstick cooking spray
2. Mash bananas in a medium bowl. Add in melted butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla
3. Mix well
4. Add in plain flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon
5. Fold the mixture until just combined
6. Stir in chocolate chips. I reserve some for topping
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55 to 60 minute, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Melted chocolate chip smear is expected, however
8. Cool in pan for 15-20 minutes, then run a knife around the edge and invert it out onto a cooling rack. Serve warm or at room temperature
The banana cake can keep for up to 4 days at room temperature in an air-tight container .

แป้งเค้ก 180 กรัม
ผงฟู 1 ช้อนชา
เบคกิ้งโซดา 1 ช้อนชา
น้ำตาล 180 กรัม
น้ำมันพืช 150 กรัม

Chocolate Banana Bread
The most delicious chocolate banana bread ( or cake ) ever. In Canada we call it banana “ bread “ simply because it’s baked in a loaf pan but it’s definitely cake to me ???? I tried to lighten the ingredients up and use healthier alternatives but feel free to make any substitutions necessary. It is so moist and another one bowl wonder. You will need:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 ripe bananas
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup avocado oil ( or any )
1/4 cup nut milk ( or any )
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa/cacao
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
handful choc-chips

Please note : I used plant-based chocolate chips, as well as plant-based milk. Feel free to use any you love. Walnuts are so good in here as well but it’s up to you

Directions
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pre-heat oven to 375F. In a big bowl mash the bananas , and add in your wet ingredients + sugar. Stir and add in the cacao , flour , and baking soda. Pour it out onto a loaf pan lined with parchment paper to ensure your bread does not stick. Shake the loaf pan a little bit to distribute your batter and bake for 40 to 45 minutes depending on your oven. A toothpick should come out clean. You can let it cool and enjoy. We like to wrap it nicely after it’s cooled and leave it on the counter as it doesn’t last us long. Enjoy, and follow me for more.
