NO BAKE OREO CHEESECAKE | NO ADDED SUGAR | NO GELATINE | BEST OREO CHEESECAKE RECIPE | JYOTI RAY
Full Written Recipe:
Preparation: Overnight

Ingredients you'll need to make this cheesecake:
Ingredients for the base :
* 200g of Oreo biscuits
* 60-70g melted butter
Ingredients for the filling
* 300g of cashew nuts (soaked overnight) ***important
* 500g of cream cheese (see my mango cheesecake video for recipe)
* 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
* 150g of coconut cream (you can use fresh cream as well)
* White part of Oreo cookies
* 10 Oreo cookies
Ingredients for the chocolate ganache
* 80g of dark chocolate
* 50ml of fresh cream

* Oreo cookies (for decoration)
Method (base)
1 Line a 8'' loose base/push up cake tin with greaseproof paper.
2. Place the cookies into a food processor/blender and whizz up until crumbly, but not too fine.
3. Melt the butter .
4. In a bowl, add in the crushed cookies and pour over the melted butter and mix until like wet sand. You want it to hold its shape.
Press the mixture into the lined cake tin, making sure to compact it in using a spoon or clean hands.
Method (cheesecake filling)
1. Drain the cashew nuts from the water and place them into a food processor/blender along with the cream cheese, vanilla extract , white part of Oreo cookies and coconut /fresh cream. Whizz up on high speed for around 5 minutes until smooth. Add some more coconut/fresh cream if needed.
2. Mix the filling with 10 cookies crumble and pour in the cake tin. Level with a spoon.
Place the cheesecake in the fridge to set. Allow the cheesecake to set fully before removing from the cake tin. This will take around 4-6 hours (I leave mine to set overnight).
Method (chocolate ganache)
1. Place the fresh cream into a saucepan. Gently heat until it comes to a light simmer then turn off the heat.
2. Place the chocolate into a heatproof bowl and pour over the hot cream, stir to combine.
3. Spread the ganache over the top of the cheesecake. Place immedialy into the fridge to set the ganache. This will take 15 minutes.
Decorate by sprinkling powdered Oreo cookies on top and serve.

Heavy Cream (1/2 cup)

Ingredients:
For the dough:
300g flour
180g sugar
200g butter
2 eggs
15g baking powder
30g cocoa powder
For the batter:
150g sugar
3 eggs
500g curd or cream cheese
200ml cream
70g butter
8g vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
Preparation:
Start with the dough
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder
Add eggs and butter
Mix well then set aside
Start with the batter
Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt
Add eggs, melted butter, cream and cheese
Mix together with an electronic mixer
Spread 3/4 of the dough into a baking pan
Leave 2-3 cm high edges
Pour the batter into the pan
Using the remaining dough, cut into small pieces and drop in to the batter
Bake at 180°C (325°F) for 1 hour
Chill then serve
Enjoy!

Who doesn't love cheesecake?
A frequent request in our household, I looked for an easy and quick recipe that could be prepared in less time with less ingredients but resulting in the same delicious taste that we crave.
Browsing the internet, I came across this recipe by PJ Hamel called Easy Cheesecakes.
I tried it a few years ago and the family just loved it! I also brought it to a potluck and our friends devoured it, with the young kids frequently asking for more.
I am happy to say that this is delicious and so easy to make. ONLY four (4) ingredients for the filling plus the crust needed. The prep and baking are all done in less than hour, and we already have a light and creamy cheesecake!
What's more, I did not require a water bath. Simple and not complicated at all, eh?
So I decided to share this quick and easy recipe here in our channel so you may have another cheesecake flavour option, especially on a busy day or if you only have the basic ingredients (see in the video just how little you need!).
Try your hands at this and enjoy a slice of your favourite cheesecake in the comforts of your home in less time!
Ingredients:
CRUST
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or 9-10 whole graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup confectioners or powdered sugar
74 g or 5 1/3 tbsps melted butter
1/8 tsp salt
FILLING
2 Packages or 454 g cream cheese at room temperature
2 large eggs at room temperature
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
