How To make Quickie Salmon Potato Casserole

potato soup, can, condensed

milk, evaporated

celery salt

wheat biscuits, shredded

butter
Directions:
Drain salmon; remove dark skin and bones. Break salmon into 1 inch pieces. Heat potato soup with milk, celery, salt and pepper; add salmon. Pour mixture into a well-greased casserole. Cover with shredded wheat; dot with butter. Place under broiler a few minutes to brown.

1 bag or box frozen spinach ( strained )
Bacon ( cooked and cut into pieces.. this is optional.. feel free to add things like mushrooms etc in place of bacon if you want )

COOK WITH ME | Roasted Salmon And Broccoli With Butter Balsamic Sauce and Sweet Potato Mash
Come cook with me! In this video I will be preparing roasted salmon and broccoli with a butter balsamic sauce and sweet potato mash. This dish is not only healthy but also so delicious! It is high in Omega-3s and incorporates some veggies as well! It is inspired by a recipe I saw on the app Mealime.
Recipe:
Ingredients
2 Crowns of broccoli (I recommend using 3 or 4 after having made the recipe)
4 Cloves of garlic
1 ½ to 2 lbs of sweet potatoes
1 ½ lbs Salmon Filets
2 TBs Balsamic vinegar
4 TBs Butter
4 TBs Olive Oil (in total)
2 Tsp Soy sauce
Salt and Pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 ͦF. (0:32)
2. Mince garlic and set aside. (0:36)
3. Wash and chop broccoli into bite sized pieces then set them aside. You may want to take off the hard exterior of the lower portion of the broccoli stem as it could be tough (I did not show this in the video). (1:14)
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cut broccoli on the pan. (2:06) Add a TBs or 2 of olive oil, all of the minced garlic and ½ tsp of both salt and pepper. (2:20) Toss to evenly coat the broccoli then line the outside of the pan leaving room in the center of the pan for the salmon to cook on the sheet as well. (3:20)
5. Fill a medium saucepan halfway with water and bring to a boil. Once the sweet potatoes have been washed, peeled, and diced add them to the pot. (3:28)
6. Bring the pot of sweet potatoes back to a boil and then cook for 10 to 15 mins till they are fork tender. (4:15)
7. Place salmon on to the baking sheet skin side down. Coat with 2 TBs of olive oil and sprinkle with ½ tsp of both salt and pepper. (4:29)
8. Cook the salmon and broccoli in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes till the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender. (5:09)
9. Once the potatoes are fork tender, drain them back into the same pot and add 2 TBs of butter and ¼ tsp of both salt and pepper. Mash all the ingredients together till smooth and place the lid back on the pot when done to keep warm. (5:27)
10. In a small saucepan melt 4 TBs of butter until it is slightly brown in color. Then remove it from the heat and add 2 TBs of balsamic vinegar and 2 tsps of soy sauce. Stir to combine. (6:45)
Plate and enjoy!
