How To make Quick Glazed Meat Loaf

eggs, beaten

cup
teriyaki baste & glaze (Kikkoman)

each
bread, slices, cubed

beef, ground
1/2
pound
pork, ground
1
each
onion, chopped

tablespoon
chili powder

tablespoon
teriyaki baste & glaze (Kikkoman)
Directions:
Combine eggs and 2/3 cup teriyaki baste & glaze in large bowl; stir in bread cubes. Let stand 5 minutes, or until cubes are soft. Mix in ground beef and pork, onion and chili powder until well blended. Press firmly into 10 inch microwave-safe pie pan. Microwave on High 20 minutes; rotate pan once. Brush top of meat loaf with remaining teriyaki baste & glaze. Microwave on High 5 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

1/2 Cup diced Onion (Use more if desired, chop to whatever size preferred)
1/4 cup diced Bell pepper (Use more if desired, chop to whatever size preferred)
3 Garlic cloves- minced
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
2 Slices of bread
1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Parsley Flakes
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 TBSP Season All seasoned salt
1 TBSP Mc Cormick Garlic & Herb salt-free seasoning
1 tsp Red pepper Flakes
2 Tsp Paprika
1/3 Cup Barbecue Sauce (Sweet Baby Rays)
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1/2 tbsp Mustard
1 tsp Brown Sugar

2 lbs of ground beef 85% or 90%
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Onion, finely diced
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
4 Slices of Cuban bread, or Italian
½ cup of Milk
¼ cup of Chopped Parsley
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Worcesteshire Sauce
1 tbsp creole seasoning
Salt and Pepper, to taste
For the Glaze:
3/4 cup of Ketchup
2 Tbsp of Tomato sauce
¼ cup of Brown Sugar
1 tsp of Dijon Mustard
1 tsp of Paprika
1 tbsp of Granulated Onion

Juicy Homemade Glazed Meatloaf | Best Meatloaf Glaze Recipe
i n g r e d i e n t s :
• 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
• 1000 g ground beef
• 3 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 2 large eggs
• 1/3 cup (80 ml) milk
• 3 tbsp (60 g) ketchup
• 3/4 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp ground paprika
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Sauce/glaze:
• 3/4 cup (200 g) ketchup
• 2 tbsp (20 g) brown sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dried chopped onion
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Bake the meatloaf at 375ºF/190ºC for 40 min, then spread the sauce and return to oven and bake additional 20 min.
I used a 10 x 5 loaf pan.

1 cup = 240 ml
1 tbsp = 15 ml
1 tsp = 5 ml
