How To make Quick Broccoli & Rice Casserole
Ingredients

broccoli with cheese sauce , frozen package
1/2
cup
rice, quick cooking
1/2
cup
milk
1
cup
chicken, ham or turkey, cooked, cubed
2
tablespoon
parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
NOTE: Cooking times are based on the use of a 625-750 watt microwave oven. Adjust cooking times as required.
Follow package directions for frozen broccoli with cheese sauce.
Turn into a 1 quart casserole dish. Add the chicken, ham or turkey. Add the rice, milk and cheese. Blend thoroughly. Cover. Microwave on high until the rice is tender (about 6 minutes), stirring once.

Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole - From-Scratch!
❤️GET THE COOKBOOK: Seasoned chicken, steamed broccoli, and fluffy rice tossed in a savory, creamy cheese sauce, covered in more cheese, and baked until bubbling hot! Pure comfort food! It gets even better the next day!
Want to add a crisp bread/crumb or cracker topping? Follow these steps after you take it out of the oven:
Crush up 1 cup of Ritz crackers (You can also use buttered panko, breadcrumbs, or even cornflakes). Mix it with two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and two teaspoons of parsley. Stir in 4 tablespoons of melted butter. Spread crumb topping over the cheese topping and bake for another 10 minutes.

It's that time of year when holiday casseroles are on the menu. Today, I will share one of my favorite casseroles to make for a family holiday dinner. This creamy cheesy broccoli cheese rice casserole is a winner!

INGREDIENTS
*Rice*
1 1/2 cups rinsed long-grain rice
3 Tbsp chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder
3 cups water
*The casserole ingredients*
4 to 4 1/2 cups cooked chicken rice
8 oz Velveeta cheese
8 oz sharp cheddar
1 lb frozen bag of chopped broccoli (thawed)
10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom
21 fl oz whole milk
season, salt & pepper to taste
*buttered 8x12-inch baking dish*
*bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes*

Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Rice | One pan meal
Chicken thighs
1 cup or fresh broccoli
1.5 cups of long grain white rice
1 can of cream of chicken
2.5 cups of chicken broth
1 tbsp salted butter
1 tsp roasted chicken bouillon base
Seasoning for the chicken:
1/4 cup green seasoning (see my video)
1.5 tbsp of complete seasoning (I used QueenMaries “I put that on everything”
1 tsp poultry seasoning (I used browngirlspice)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
Seasoning for the rice:
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup mild cheddar
1/2 cup sharp cheddar
1/4 cup mozzarella
