***I forgot to mention- for the beef broth, use enough to cover half way up the meat. I used a little over 2 cups.***
Ingredients:
Approx. 2 LB chuck roast
Olive Oil
Beef broth
1/3- 1/4 large onion cut in large pieces
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
Salt
Pepper
Lowry's Seasoned Salt
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder
Ground Red Pepper
Corn Starch

POT ROAST:
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 ½ lb beef chuck pot roast
1 tbsp shortening
¼ cup water
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp fresh dill (or ¼ tsp dried dill)
5 small potatoes, peeled and chopped
5 carrots, peeled and quartered
1 lb zucchini, quartered
GRAVY:
1 tbsp roast drippings
1 tbsp flour
1 cup roast drippings
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 cup sour cream
TOPPING:
¾ cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp mustard powder
dash of pepper
paprika
