Smoked BBQ Pork & Beans recipe
Bbq baked beans with pork , better known as Cowboy beans
This southern style recipe came out really good. I’m very impressed. I prefer using a smoker if you have one if not, you can do this in the oven as well.
First, start by preheating your smoker to 230°
In the meantime, here are the ingredients that you will need
2 Polska kielbasa’s
3 cans of baked beans
One package of bacon
1/2 can of black cherry soda
Barbecue sauce
For the seasoning I used @HeathRilesBBQ Heath Riles competition barbecue rub
Next cut the kielbasas & bacon into pieces and lay it in the pan ,then add the cans of beans on top of your meats
Next mix in 1/4 cup bbq sauce (any brand) and black cherry soda.
Finally sprinkle the barbecue rub into the pan and mix everything around
Now you’re ready for the smoker, put on the bottom rack & smoke this recipe for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until the meat is nice and dark
