The WORST Cookies EVER
I do not like the pink frosted sugar cookies from the store. The texture is like sand. The frosting is always dry and far too sweet. The entire cookie tastes like a chemical. I do love the concept of this cookie though, so I decided to recreate them at home! They were so much fun to bake and decorate. I'm prepared for a war in the comments.

Mislim da ne postoje keksići, koji se brže naprave i koji su ukusniji od ovih. Inače volim sve recepte iz svog zimskog specijala, ali ovi su mi posebno dragi. Toliko je zadovoljstvo raditi sa špricom za keksiće – kao da ih štampate. Pogledajte video i sve će vam biti jasno. Još kad vidite krajnji rezultat i toliko različitih verzija od samo jednog tijesta – to je nešto prelijepo. U videu vam pokazujem kako da ih pravite špricom a i špric kesicom pa vi birajte ono što imate kod kuće. Dobićete mirisne keksiće, koji su toliko prhki da će se topiti u ustima.

250 g omekšalog maslaca
120 g šećera u prahu
na vrh noža vanilije u prahu (ili vanilin šečer)
40 g gustina/škroba (alternativno pudinga od vanilije ili čokolade)
300-330 g brašna (tip 405/480)
malo mlijeka, po potrebi
za špric kesicu:
250 g omekšalog maslaca

Za punjenje i dekorisanje:
Marmelade po vašem ukusu
200 g tamne ili bijele čokolade i 2 kašike suncokretovog ulja
jestive boje u obliku paste
šareni šećer
bademi, pistacije i ostali orašasti plodovi

Spritz cookie press:
250 g soft butter
120 g powdered sugar
pinch of ground vanilla pod or vanilla sugar
40 g corn starch
300-330 g flour
some milk, if needed
Pastry bag:

Chocolate version (enough for 1 dough):
2 tbsp cocoa + 2 tbsp milk
Version with nuts or poppy seeds (enough for 1 dough):

You use the dough as soon as it is formed. There is no need to let it sit, cool down or whatsoever. You use it immediately. The baking time depends on the size and thickness of the cookies. The bottom should have a light-brown colour. After the baking time, they will be soft but hard and crunchy as soon as they are completely cool.
Spritz cookie press:
175 degrees celsius ca. 7-10 min
Pastry bag:
175 degrees celsius ca. 10-12 min
