How To make Plantation Coffee Punch
1/4 c Sugar
1/3 c Instant coffee
1 ds Salt
1 ts Vanilla
5 c Milk
1 pt Vanilla or coffee ice cream
Whipped cream Nutmeg Combine sugar, coffee, salt, vanilla, and milk; stir until sugar dissolves. Chill until serving time. Then ladle ice cream, by large spoonfuls, into punch bowl; pour coffee mixture over. Top with puffs of whipped cream and sprinkle with a little nutmeg. Serve in punch cups. Makes 12 servings.

People ask me all the time about my favorite drink or the best drink I've ever had, lets start answering that, this is my favorite rum drinks.

Mai Tai:
In Shaker
1oz. -or- 30ml. Gosling's Family Reserve Old Rum
.5 oz. -or- 15ml. Smith and Cross Jamaica Rum
.5 oz. -or- 15ml. El Dorado 5 Year Rum
1 oz. -or- 30ml. Lime Juice
.75 oz. -or- 22ml. Orgeat
.25 oz. -or- 8ml. Simple Syrup (Optional)
.5 oz. -or- 15ml. Dry Curaçao
Add ice and shake
Half open pour into a mai tai glass
Garnish with a lime and sprig of mint
El Presidente:
In Mixing Glass
1 Barspoon of Grenadine
.25oz. -or- 8ml. Dry Curaçao
1.5oz. -or- 45ml. Lillet Blanc
1.5oz. -or- 45ml. Plantation 5 year rum
Add ice and stir
Strain into your glass
Garnish with and orance peel
Caipirinha
Cut a lime into eighths and remove the pith
Add lime to glass and muddle a bit
Add two barspoons of superfine sugar (simple sugar workes here too)
2oz. -or- 60ml. Novo Fogo Silver Cachaça
Use small shaker over your glass to shake up a bit
Pour back into your glass and enjoy
