How To make Pistachio Whiskey Cake
1 pk Vanilla cake mix
Eggs Vegetable oil 1/2 c Water
3/4 c Whiskey
1 pk Instant pistachio pudding
=- 1 serving size 1 c Maraschino cherries, chopped
1 c Walnuts; chopped
2 c Chocolate chips
Prepare cake mix as directed on package, use recommended amount ofeggs and oil but 1/2 c water and 3/4 c whiskey for the liquid. Blend inthe pudding mix, then fold in the cherries, walnuts and chocolate chips. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan for 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool before adding glaze. -----

► Pistachio Whiskey Sour Ingredients:
• 1½ ounce whiskey
• ¾ ounce lemon juice
• 1 ounce egg white
• 1 ounce pistachio syrup (recipe below)
• pistachio crumble garnish
► How to Make a Pistachio Whiskey Sour:
1. Combine whiskey, lemon juice, egg white, and pistachio syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
4. Garnish with pistachio crumbles.
► Pistachio Syrup Ingredients:
• 1½ cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup pistachios
► How to Make a Pistachio Syrup:
1. Add all ingredients to a pot and stir.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Stir occasionally.
5. Remove from stove and let cool for 5 minutes.
6. Strain through a sieve or cheese cloth.
