1 sm Orange jello 3/4 c Water; boiling 8 oz Pineapple, crushed; undrain 1 1/2 c Ice cubes 2 Baked 9" chocolate cake; 2 -layers 3 1/2 c Cool whip Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple and ice cubes. Stir until gelatin begins to thicken, 3-5 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Chill until thickened, but not set. Spoon 1 cup thickened gelatin over each layer; chill for 15 minutes. Fold whipped topping into remaining gelatin mixture. If mixture becomes to thick, add milk until desired consistency for frosting. Place one cake layer, gelatin side up, on serving plate. Top with second cake, gelatin side up. Frost sides and about 1 inch around top edge with whipped topping mix. Chill until ready to serve. -----

Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe in English:
Ingredients: -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 cups -Cocoa powder ¾ cup -Baking soda 1 tsp -Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp -Instant coffee 1 tbs -Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature) -Caster sugar 1 cup -Brown sugar ½ cup -Yogurt ¾ cup (room temperature) -Vanilla essence ½ tbs -Vegetable Oil ½ cup -Doodh (Milk) warm 1 Cup -Sugar 2 & ½ tbs -Hot water 3 tbs -Cream 200ml -Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs -Milk chocolate 300g -Instant coffee ½ tbs -Warm water 1 tbs
Directions: -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking soda,baking powder,salt,instant coffee and whisk well & set aside. -In another bowl,add eggs,caster sugar,brown sugar and beat well. -Add yogurt,vanilla essence,vegetable oil,milk and beat for 1 minute. -Gradually add dry ingredients and beat well after each addition. -Grease 10” round baking pan with cooking oil and place butter paper. -Now pour batter in prepared baking pan and bake in preheated at 170 C for 45-50 minutes. -Remove the cake from the oven and run a knife around the edges to loosen them from the sides of the pan. -Transfer the cake to the wire rack and let it cool. -In bowl,add sugar,hot water and mix until sugar is dissolved & set aside. Chocolate Ganache: -In double boiler,add cream,butter,milk chocolate and let it melt. -In warm water,add instant coffee and mix well. -Now add dissolve coffee and whisk well. Assembling: -With the help of the cake knife,horizontally cut top layer of the cake. -Pour prepared chocolate ganache all over the cake and let it set for 30 minutes. -Decorate and cut into desire slices and serve!

Orange cake with pistachios and poppy seeds are easy to make, and a perfect celebration of winter, when the markets fill up with all sorts of oranges and tangerines from Sikkim, Darjeeling, Punjab, Nagpur and even Malta.
To really drive in the flavour, in this cake we have taken a multi-pronged approach to orange-infusion. We have added a whole boiled orange, just as many Italian lemon cakes do, besides adding the zest of an orange to the cake batter. In addition, we have borrowed a technique from the world of bartending to make an _oleo saccharum_ with orange peels, which then goes into the orange syrup that is drizzled on top of the freshly baked cake while it is still hot. This is going to be the most orangey orange cake you have had.
This cake is based on the template of a 'pound' cake, meaning that it is not an extremely airy and light 'sponge' cake, but because we have used a tiny bit of baking powder and soda, and also some yoghurt, the cake turns out softer than a traditional pound cake.

White Chocolate Pineapple Cake - Anniversary Pineapple Cake at Home
This White Chocolate Pineapple Cake is a flavorful delicate cake, very light and refreshing, perfect for any anniversary or for simply celebrating spring and upcoming Easter. It is moist and fluffy, and simply melts in your mouth, with a subtle pineapple flavor. The cake is is a three layer pineapple cake, composed from an almond crispy biscuit at the bottom, followed by three layers of vanilla sponge cake soaked in pineapple juice, filled with an amazing white chocolate and cream cheese frosting and pineapple jelly. I must say I simply fell in love with this cake. It is absolutely delightful and a crowd pleaser, so I highly recommend trying this pineapple cake at home.
