How To make Pineapple Cream Cheese Pizza
1 lb Frozen bread dough (1 loaf),
-thawed and cut in half 2 pk (8 oz) cream cheese,
-softened 1/2 c Sugar
6 tb Flour
2 Egg yolks
Grated peel and juice from 1 -lemon 2 (8 1/4 oz) cans crushed
-pineapple, drained 2/3 c Strawberry jam
2 tb Sliced almonds, toasted
Servings: 16 Press dough into 2 greased 12 inch pizza pans. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg yolks, 1 tsp lemon peel and 2 tsp lemon juice until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Spread mixture evenly over pizzas to within 1/2 inch of edges. Bake in 400 deg. oven for 15 minutes or until browned. Spread each with jam and sprinkle with almonds. Bake 5 minutes longer. salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g (0.18 oz)
olive oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
pressed cheese - 80 g (2.82 oz)
cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
IN THE OVEN 180°C (356 °F)/25 MIN

Pineapple on PIZZA? NOOOO!! What is even happening to me? No, I haven’t been brainwashed (or kidnapped) BUT I have been challenged by SO many of you to eat pineapple on my pizza so I have given in. As part of my series recreating “fake Italian food as an Italian”, I have developed a recipe using quality Italian ingredients like gorgonzola cheese and parmigiano cream that is actually…delicious. I almost want to be wrong at the end because I still can’t believe it but it DID work and with absolutely no tomato on the base. Would you try it?

Pineapple Cheese Ball
This cheeseball is my favorite and I have fond memories of my mom making this every year for Christmas. It is a sweet and, crunchy and creamy delicious cheeseball that will be a definite crowd pleaser.
Pineapple Cheese Ball
Ingredients
2 8oz. package of cream cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp minced onion
1 tsp seasoned salt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat cheese until smooth. Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans and then the rest of the ingredients, blend well. Form into a ball. Roll ball in remaining pecans. Store in the refrigerator. Serve with crackers.
