1.00 sm Avocado 1.00 Egg; slightly beaten 0.50 c Sour milk 1.00 c Unbleached white flour 1.00 c Whole-wheat flour 0.50 ts Baking soda 0.50 ts Baking powder Dash of salt 0.75 c Sugar (scant) 1.00 c Pecans; chopped-ONLY pecans Mix all ingredients except first 3 in large bowl. Mash avocado; add egg and sour milk. If flour mixture is very dry, add another egg. Combine avocado mixture with flour mixture; stir only to moisten all flour. Pour into loaf pan or 4 mini loaf pans. Cut your avocado in half, take out the middle seed, spoon your avocado from the shell. place your avocado in a bowl.
** it may be easier to cut your avocado up in squares while it's still in the shell
Add diced tomatoes, Diced onions, A Sprinkle of salad seasoning, Some garlic powder, A Sprinkle of pepper, Himalayan salt or a salt of your choice Diced Mango (optional)
