How To make Petite Cherry Cheesecake
-Barb Day 16 oz Cream cheese -- softened
3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tb Lemon juice
1 t Vanilla
24 Vanilla wafers
21 oz Cherry pie filling
Beat cream cheese; sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy. Line muffin tins with paper baking cups, and place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each. Fill each 2/3 full with the cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees 15 to 20 minutes, or until set. Top each with about 1 tablespoonful of the pie filling. I use different pie fillings, and sometimes more than one when making a recipe, they look very nice on frilly paper doilies, with the different colors of toppings. If you make marzipan, some green marzipan leaves look pretty on top, and at times I have made some little chocolate doodle figures to use with these. Barb Day

Mini Cherry Cheesecakes [Step by step] | Java Fusion Simple Living
For today's video, I'm going to show you how to make Mini Cherry Cheesecake. It's delectable and perfect bite size.
What you need:
(I made 3 batches in the video and this recipe I use 1 batch)
1 pack (8oz) cream cheese at room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp sour cream at room temperature
1 egg at room temperature
1 Tsp vanilla extract
For the crust:
1 cup graham crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melt
2 Tbsp sugar
How to make:
Preheat oven at 325℉
Line 24 count mini muffin pan with liners
Combine the crust ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and firmly press 1 tsp of crust mixture into each liner. Bake for 5 minutes then set aside.
Beat the cream cheese and sugar together on medium high speed in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy, add sour cream, vanilla extract and beat until fully combined. Add the egg (1 at a time if making more than 1 batch) and mix until just combined. Divide the batter between the liners about 1 1/2 Tbsp using ice cream scoop.
Bake for 15 minutes (do not over bake! Because it will crack the batter) Then add the cherry on top of each liners, keep in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving.
Untuk video hari ini, saya akan menunjukkan bagaimana caranya membuat Mini Cherry Cheesecake. Enak dan pas untuk sekali gigit.
Bahan yang diperlukan:
1 bungkus (8oz atau 225gr) keju krim, dalam suhu ruang
1/4 cup gula pasir
1 sendok makan sour cream, dalam suhu ruang
1 telur, dalam suhu ruang
1 sendok teh ektrak vanila
Bahan lapisan dasar kue:
1 cup graham crackers ditumbuk halus (bisa menggunakan vanila biskuit)
2 sendok makan butter tawar cair
2 sendok makan gula pasir
Cara membuat:
Panaskan oven disuhu 160℃
Dasari loyang mini muffin dengan kertas mini muffin.
Campur bahan lapisan dasar kue didalam mangkuk. Dan tuang setiap mini muffin dengan 1 sendok teh bahan lapisan dasar ini dan tekan sedikit keras supaya rata. Masukkan oven dan bakar 5 menit saja lalu sisihkan.
Campur krim keju dan gula pasir didalam mangkuk dan mixer kecepatan sedang ke tinggi sampai lembut. Tambahkan sour cream, ekstrak vanila dan mixer sampai tercampur rata. Tambahkan telur dan mixer hanya sampai tercampur saja.
Isi setiap mini muffin cup dengan 1 1/2 sendok makan adonan menggunakan sendok es krim. Masukkan ditengah oven dan oven selama 15 menit. Keluarkan dan taruh atasnya dengan buah cherry. Masukkan kulkas sekitar 2 jam sebelum dihidangkan.

- 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 14 ounces )
- 200 g unsweetened Yogurt ( 7 ounces )
- 150 g Sugar (3/4 cup)

- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 20 g Flour ( 2 tbsp )
Bake for 15 minutes!
● 5 minute No Bake Mini Cheesecakes:
- 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 14 ounces )
- 200 g Heavy Cream ( 7 ounces )
- 100 g Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Freeze for 15 minutes, then enjoy :)
● For the cheeesecake crust:
- 80 g Digestive biscuits/graham cracker cookies ( 3 ounces)
- 30 g Melted Butter ( 2 1/2 tbsp)
