1/2 c Cocoa 2 c Sugar 1 pk Vanilla sugar 1/2 c Margarine 1 c Matzo cake meal 1/4 ts Salt Melt margarine, add cocoa stir till dissolved. Cool. Beat eggs till light, beat in sugars. Beat in cocoa mixture. Mix in matzo meal. Put into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake 25-30 min. at 350F. Recipe By : Annice

INGREDIENTS:
●1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine or butter
●1 bar (2 ounces total) unsweetened chocolate baking bar, broken into pieces
●1/2 cup Passover cake meal
●3 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
●1 cup granulated sugar
●2 large eggs
●1 tablespoon sour cream
●1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Pesach/Passover Matzah Farfel Pilaf
This pilaf is a fantastic alternative to many of the heavier Pesach sides. We enjoy farfel pilaf paired with sweet and sour meatballs, brisket, chicken piccata, or any dish that has a sauce.
This is another flexible recipe where you can add more or fewer vegetables to suit your tastes. Another great addition is to sprinkle the pilaf with toasted nuts for some crunch.
