How To make Peppers and Steak For Crockpot
Ingredients

pound
lean round steak
2
each
green peppers, chopped
2
tablespoon
onion, dried, minced
1
cup
beef boullion
1/4
cup
soy sauce
1/2
teaspoon
ginger, ground
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
Directions:
Cut steak into serving size portions. Place half the steak in Crockpot. Arrange green peppers on steak. Place remaining steak on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on Low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 4 to 5 hours.

Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 yellow sweet onion cut into thin strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 1/4 pounds flank steak sliced thin
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp sugar (white)
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch (powder)
1-2 tsp black pepper (to taste) ((- Hey its Pepper Steak, don’t be shy!!))
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
¼ cup water
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
In a large pan, on medium heat cook the onions, minced garlic and peppers. cook them for approx. 5 minutes or until just tender.
Season the meat with salt, garlic powder, onion powder creole seasoning, and pepper.
Add the meat to the pan with the veggies and cook for 6-7 minutes or until the meat is browned. Stir ingredients thoroughly.
Now add sugar and soy sauce to the pan and stir ingredients.
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup water and cornstarch together until it resembles milk. Now pour the cornstarch mixture in the pan with the steak and veggies.
Thoroughly stir everything together and bring it to a simmer.
Cook for about 5 minutes or until the sauce is thickened. Serve this over white rice and enjoy.

Crock Pot Peppered Steak - Slow Cooker Pepper Steak - Simple and Delicious!
So simple and delicious!! Crock Pot Peppered Steak!
2 pounds sirloin steak, chopped
3 large peppers, sliced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3/4 cup beef broth
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Desired salt and pepper
Combine beef broth, bouillon cubes, soy sauce,
worchestire sauce, honey, ground ginger, salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Stir well, crushing bouillon cubes. Cut steak into strips and add to slow cooker.
Pour sauce over top of steak. Add peppers, and garlic. Then cover and cook on low
for 6 hours or high for 3 hours. Serve over rice with a side of broccoli. Enjoy.
