High Protein Lemon Pepper Chicken Wraps! ONLY 409 Calories!
These are by far some of the best wraps i’ve made, the flavours are absolutely incredible, chicken is so juicy and the lemon pepper sauce is insanely good!????????????????
Macros per Wrap (Total 3 wraps)
409 Calories - 41g Protein | 32g Carbs | 13g Fat
Ingredients (For 3 Wraps)
- 540g Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (approx. 180g each wrap)
- 3 Minced Garlic Cloves or 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 3 Lebanese Flatbreads (Brand: Filla Bakery - there are other brands too, i get these from a local Middle Eastern or Sainsburys/Asda)
- Shredded Lettuce
- Sliced Red Onion
- Diced tomato
Lemon Pepper Sauce
- 50-60g Light Mayo (Brand: Hellmans)
- 15-20g Sriracha
- 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, paprika
- 1 whole Lemon Juice
Use a whisk to fully combine and mix till smooth

Cooking Instructions
- Let the chicken marinate for 30mins or more
- Place the chicken onto skewers
- Oven for 30mins at 200C or Air fry for 18mins at 200C
- You can brush some melted light butter over the chicken before cooking
- You can use chicken breast for this recipe if preferred

1 lb sirloin tip steak Thinly sliced
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 egg white
1 tbsp mushroom seasoning ( optional)
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch
sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed in 1/3 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
Chopped bell peppers as much as you like
Chopped onions as much as you like
1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper

This pepper steaks recipe is so so delicious and easy to make at home. Just steak and a few ingredients and you have tasty stir fried beef with fluffy basmati rice.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 lb Skirt steak, cut into thin stripes
Salt and pepper
2 tbs Rice flour, to coat and thicken sauce
1 Tsp Corn starch, to coat and thicken sauce
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 Green bell pepper, cut into julienne
1 Red bell pepper cut into julienne
1 orange bell pepper , cut into julienne
1 White onion, cut into julienne
1 tbs garlic, chopped
1 tbs ginger , minced
3 Tbs Tamari sauce ( Gluten free soy )
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tsp Sesame oil
1 Tsp Honey
Scallions and Cilantro to cook and garnish.

????EQUIPMENT:
???? Knife
???? Cutting Board
???? Pan
???? Big Bowl
???? Small Bowl
???? Spatula
???? Sieve
???? Hand Grater
???? INGREDIENTS:
???? 500 g Ground Beef
???? 1 tsp Cumin Powder
???? 1 tsp Coriander Powder
???? 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder
???? 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
???? 2 Cloves Garlic
???? ½ Cup Parsley
???? 2 White Onions
???? Salt & Pepper
???? 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
???? 2 tbsp Yoghurt
???? 2 tbsp Ketchup
???? ½ tbsp Vinegar
???? 1 Tomato
???? 1 Red Bell Pepper
???? 1 Red Onion
???? INSTRUCTIONS:
???? Add the ground beef to the big bowl. Add all the spices with parsley, 1 white onion, grated garlic, pepper and salt and mix everything. Set this aside for 30 minutes in the fridge.
???? For the sauce you can add the mayonnaise, yoghurt, ketchup, vinegar and some pepper in a small bowl and mix this.
???? Take the big bowl out of the fridge and start making evenly sized balls and press them flat. Put the pan on the stove on high heat with olive oil. When the pan in hot you can add the kofta. Bake them 3 minutes each side.
???? Cut the tomato, red bell pepper, 1 white onion and red onion into quarters. When de kofta is done you can add in the same pan the tomato, red bell pepper, white onion and red onion.
