How To make Penne with Turkey & Brocolli
2 tb Olive oil
1 Onion;chopped
3 Galic cloves;chopped
1/8 ts Chili flakes;opt
1 cn Plum tomatoes;28oz/796 ml
-pureed with juices 2 c Turkey;cooked, diced
1 bn Brocolli;trimmed and cut
-inot 1 inch pieces 1 ts -Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 lb Penne; or other tubal pasta
1/2 c Parmesan;grated ; opt
Heat oil in deep skillet. Add onions, garlic, and chili flakes. Cook gently 5 minutes or till very fragrant.Add tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat;
cook 5 minutes. Add turkey; cook 5 minutes more. Add brocolli, salt, pepper, cook 5 to 8 minutes longer until turkey is tender and brocolli is cooked. Meanwhiel, cook pasta in large pot of cooking water in a large pot of boiling salted water. Drain well, toss with sauce. Taste; adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve sprinkled with cheese if you wish. 1 head of broccoli (400g)
250 g of pasta

4 tbsp of butter (60 g)
4 tbsp of flour ( 30g)
3 cups of milk (700 ml)
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (100 g)
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar or gouda cheese (100 g)

Ground Turkey Penne with Spicy Marinara | Yo Mama's Foods
INGREDIENTS
4 cups penne
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp sliced garlic
1 LB ground turkey
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 x jar Yo Mama’s Spicy Marinara sauce
Garnish: basil
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil 4 cups of penne in salted water
In a medium pan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp avocado oil
Add in onion and garlic and cook until the onion is transparent
Add in ground turkey and mix thoroughly
Season with salt and pepper
Once the turkey is cooked, drain the excess grease and add 1 jar of Yo Mama’s Spicy Marinara sauce
Mix thoroughly and let simmer for 5 mins
Top cooked penne with turkey marinara sauce
Garnish with basil and enjoy!

PENNE WITH SPINACH PESTO
Ingredients
200 gms penne pasta, boiled till al dante
½ medium spinach bunch, blanched
2 tbsps olive oil
2 medium tomatoes
2-3 garlic cloves
¼ cup peanuts
4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
3 tsps mixed dried herbs
¼ cup fresh cream
100 gms processed cheese, grated
2 tsps black pepper powder
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Cut tomatoes into big cubes and add to the pan, toss well and cook till the tomatoes are soft. Switch off the heat, transfer the tomatoes into a plate and set aside to cool.
2. Roughly chop spinach and put into a mixer jar, add garlic cloves and grind well. Add peanuts and extra virgin olive oil and grind to make a smooth spinach pesto.
3. Heat the same non-stick pan, add penne, spinach pesto and salt and mix well. Add mixed dried herbs and fresh cream and mix well. Add grated cheese and mix well. Add black pepper powder and mix well. Add cooked tomatoes, reserving some, and mix well and cook for a minute
4. Transfer onto a serving platter, garnish with reserved cooked tomatoes and drizzle leftover olive oil from the cooked tomatoes and serve immediately.

Ingredients:
½ lb cooked chopped Turkey Breast
3 cups of frozen broccoli defrosted
3 cups of frozen cauliflower defrosted
1 cup of chicken broth (low sodium)
1 lb pound of Gluten-Free Penne Pasta
2 garlic cloves ⅔ cup 1% milk ( I used 0% milk but it could have used a little more fat)
2 Tablespoons gluten-free flour
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup Romano Cheese (grated)
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to the package.
Place flour in the saucepan.
Add gradually stock and stir with a whisk until the flour is completely dissolved.
Then add garlic and cauliflower in 2 cups and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5-10 minutes.
Add the cauliflower mixer to the food processor or blender. Then add milk, butter, pepper, lemon juice, and cheese (1 oz).
Add mixture back to the saucepan, add the cooked turkey, then the defrosted 2 cups of broccoli and the 1 cup of cauliflower cook for 5 minutes. Then, add the cooked penne to the saucepan and toss. To finish, add 1 oz grated cheese and serve immediately.
