How To make Penne From Heaven
FORMATTED BY S.GRABOWSKI:
12 oz Penne or ziti
2 tb Olive oil
1 1/2 c Chopped onion
3 Minced cloves garlic
3 c Chopped plum tomatoes
1/2 c Water
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar
2 c Broccoli florets
2 c Chopped zucchini
1 c Sugar snaps (remove string)
->OR<- Snow peas 1/2 c Jullien carrots
2 tb Chopped parsley
1/2 c Grated Parmesean
Cook the pasta according to directions on the package; drain. While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil over medium-high heat in a 3-quart saucepan. Add the onion and garlic, and cook, stirring, until softened. Add the tomato, water,salt and sugar.Cook, stirring often, for 10 minutes. Add the broccoli, zucchini, sugar snaps, carrot and parsley. Cook, stirring until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in the Parmesean. Serve over the pasta. Ingredients
2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
3 Tsp Avocado Oil, divided
1 box Penne Pasta
4 cloves minced garlic or garlic paste
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
2 tsp tomato paste
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream, more if you like extra sauce
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
3|4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Green onion, sliced (for garnish)
Tomato, diced (for garnish)

White sauce pasta is a popular Italian cuisine, this creamy pasta recipe is indulged with the combination of milk and cheese which makes the tasty heaven, seasoned with few Italian spices which makes this dish more flavorful.
For white sauce
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp maida/wheat flour
2 cups milk
1 cheese slice
1/2 tsp mix herbs
1/2 chilly flakes
Salt
Pinch of black pepper powder
For pasta
1 cup wheat penne pasta
Salt
For veggies
1 tsp butter/olive oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 sliced bell pepper/capsicum
1/2 cup boiled broccoli and corn

BASIC PASTA SAUCE - AGLIO e OLIO
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 20-25 minutes
Servings : 2
Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil (जैतून का तेल)
6-8 cloves Garlic - chopped (लहसुन)
5-6 Olives - sliced (जैतून)
¼ medium Red Bell Pepper (रेड बेल पेपर)
⅓ cup Sweet Corn Kernels (मकई के दाने)
¼ tsp Red Chilli Flakes (रेड चिल्ली फ्लेक्स)
Paste Water (पास्ता का पानी)
Boiled Rigatoni (उबली हुई रिगेटनी)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (अतिरिक्त शुद्ध जैतून का तेल)
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
½ medium Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)
few Basil Leaves - roughly torn (बसिल की पत्तियां)
For Garnish
Parmesan Cheese - grated (पारमेसान चीज़)
Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
Basil sprig (बसिल)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (अतिरिक्त शुद्ध जैतून का तेल)
Process
In a pan heat olive oil and add garlic, sliced olives saute for a few seconds.
Now add red bell pepper, corn kernels, red chilli flakes and saute for half a minute then add pasta water and boil it for a few seconds.
Add the boiled rigatoni and saute everything until properly mixed.
Then add extra virgin olive oil, black pepper powder and stir it again.
Now switch off the flames and finish it with lemon juice, basil leaves and mix everything together.
Serve immediately and garnish with parmesan cheese, black pepper powder, basil sprig and extra virgin olive oil.
