How To make Peanut Butterscotch Squares
1/2 c Butter or oleo
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 1/3 c Sifted flour
2/3 c Sugar
2/3 c Light corn syrup
1 6 oz pkg butterscotch pieces
1/2 c Chunk-styled peanut butter
2 c Corn flakes
Cream oleo or butter and brown sugar. Stir in flour (mixture will be crunchy..will have to use your hands. Press in ungreased 13x9x2 in. baking pan. Bake in 350?F oven for 15 minutes. In saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup; heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Add butterscotch pieces and peanut butter; stir till chips are melted, Stir in corn flakes. Spread over baked layer. Cool; cut into squares.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients
Filling:
2 sticks salted butter, softened, plus more for greasing the pan
1 cup chunky peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
One 12-ounce box vanilla wafers
One 12-ounce bag mini semisweet chocolate chips
Frosting:
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
Special equipment: 9-inch-x-13-inch pan
For the filling: Grease a 9-by-13-inch pan with some butter.
Using a stand or electric hand mixer, mix together the butter and chunky peanut butter until smooth. Stir in the sugar a cup at a time.
Add the vanilla wafers to a food processor and process until they are in crumbs. Then add the crumbs and mini chocolate chips to the peanut butter mixture. Spread it evenly into the buttered pan and set aside.
For the frosting: Using a double boiler or a microwave, melt the chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then pour over the base. Spread the frosting out evenly and sprinkle over the chopped peanuts. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then cut into 20 bars.

Chewy BUTTERSCOTCH Bars that melts in your mouth
How to make a chewy and moist Butterscotch bars.
Here's what you'll need:
1 and ½ cup brown sugar (300g)
3/4 cup unsalted butter (170g)
2 eggs
3 tbsps corn syrup or glucose (45g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
2 cups all purpose flour (250g)
1 tsp baking powder (4g)
1 tsp salt (4g)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (60g)
1. Preheat oven at 180°C or 350°F.
2. In a pan, cook together brown sugar and unsalted butter. Keep mixing until the mixture starts to boil.
3. When it's boiling, remove from heat. Transfer to a bowl to cool down for at least 10 minutes.
4. When it's cooled. Beat on high to loosen the mixture.
5. Then add 2 eggs one at a time.
6. Beat on high until light and fluffy for 2 minutes.
7. Add corn syrup or glucose and vanilla. Mix.
8. Sift-in together all purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until combined.
9. Fold in coarsely chopped walnuts.
10. Grease a 10x8 inches pan and line with parchment paper.
11. Place the batter.
12. Bake in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
13. Cool down completely.
14. Cut according to your preferred size.
15. Serve and enjoy!

Butterscotch Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares | No Bake Desserts
In this video I’ll show you how to make peanut butter marshmallow squares! Also named butterscotch confetti! A quick and easy no bake dessert. I grew up eating these especially around the holidays, someone always brought these to a get together or school bake sale. Give this recipe a try and let us know how it turns out in the comments below!

¼ cup unsalted butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups butterscotch chips
5 cups marshmallows
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
1. On low heat, combine the butter, peanut butter, butterscotch chips, and salt into a sauce pan. Heat until all melted then add the vanilla extract.
2. Let the mixture cool for around 30 minutes. It can’t be hot or the marshmallows will melt.
3. Stir in the marshmallows until every marshmallow is coated.
4. Line a 9”x13” pan for thinner bars or an 8”x8” pan if you want thicker bars.
5. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour to harden. Take out and cut into squares.
