1 c Butter or margarine; -softened 1/2 c Reese's creamy or Crunchy peanut butter 1 c Sugar 2 Eggs 1 ts Vanilla extract 2 c All-purpose flour 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 2 Hershey's milk chocolate -bars Or milk chocolate with -almonds = (7 oz.ea) cut into 1/4" pi -eces Recipe by: www.hersheys.com Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter and sugar until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in candy pieces. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 4-1/2 dozen cookies. 110g | 1/2 Cup | 1 Stick Butter 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar 1/3 Cup White Sugar 1 Egg 5ml | 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 200g | 1 2/3 Cup All Purpose Flour 5ml | 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 200g | 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
In a mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugars until light. Crack in the egg and add the vanilla extract. Mix together until well incorporated. Add the flour and baking soda and mix until you no longer see any flour. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough out into balls and place on a baking tray, leaving space for the cookies to spread while baking. Place into a 190C or 375F oven for 7-10 minutes or until the edges are starting to brown. Leave to cool for a few minutes on the baking tray before transferring to a wire rack.

In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to make Honey Joys. Honey Joys are a yummy treat popular in Australia. The recipe is super easy to make using very few ingredients, corn flakes, butter, sugar, and honey. They taste kind of like frosted flakes stuck together with a hint of buttery honey taste, oh so yummy! If I can do it you can do it, let's get started!

Grandma's Mistakes | Chocolate Fudge Jumbles Oatmeal Bar Recipe with sweetened condensed milk
Original recipe:
What you’ll need: CRUST 1 cup oleo (I used butter - 2 sticks) 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1 cup flour 1⁄4 tsp salt 1⁄2 tsp baking soda 2 cups oatmeal (I used old fashioned oats)
FILLING 1⁄2 cup oleo (I used butter - 1 stick) 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips 1 cup eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (off-brand will work just fine!)
What you’ll do: 1. Cream together butter and brown sugar; add flour, salt, baking soda and oatmeal. Mix until it is crumbly. Put 1/2 the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking pan.
2. Melt 1 stick of butter, chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together, in a medium microwave safe bowl or in a medium saucepan pan on the stove. Stir until smooth.
3. Pour chocolate mixture over oatmeal mixture, then drop spoonfuls of the rest of the oatmeal mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
They cut easiest when cooled completely
