How To make Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins
1 c Whole wheat flour
3/4 c Regular flour
1/4 c Sugar
4 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg
1 c Skim milk
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Creamy peanut butter
1/4 c Favorite jelly, preserves,
Etc
pan. In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In small bowl, beat egg, milk and oil until blended; stir into flour mixture just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin pan cups 1/3 full of batter. Drop about 1 teaspoon each of peanut butter and jelly
in center of each; top with remaining batter. Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Best served warm. Can freeze them individually and heat gently in toaster oven. From: _the White House Chef Cookbook_ -----

PEANUT BUTTER and JAM Muffins Recipe | ASMR Cooking
In this video, I'm going to show you how to make these delicious Peanut Butter and Jam Muffins. I know the peanut butter and jam combo is one of the most loved, so why not try it in a muffin? The Peanut Butter and Jam Muffins are so easy to make and you will be able to enjoy them in the morning, at breakfast next to your cup of coffee or tea!
Ingredients:
butter (room temperature) 150g.
sugar 150g.
2 eggs (medium size)
a pinch of salt
flour 250g.
baking powder 2 teaspoons
milk 4 tablespoons
jam (I have used strawberry jam) 50g.
peanut butter 50g.
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the butter with sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and mix. Then add a pinch of salt.
2. Sift the flour and add only a bit at a time, then combine. Continue adding the flour, then add the baking powder and combine all.
3. In the end, add the milk and combine.
4. Add a bit of the mixture in the muffin tray, then half a teaspoon of the strawberry jam and peanut butter for each muffin. Cover with the rest of the muffin mixture.
5. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
6. Store your peanut butter and jam muffins in a food storage box with a lid for up to 3 days.

How to make Peanut butter and Jelly Muffins (with veggies!)
Recipe:
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (creamy)
1/2 cup pureed carrots
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp margarine spread
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 large egg white
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup strawberry jam (optional)
Preheat oven to 350F. Use 12-cup muffin tin and line with baking cups.
Beat peanut butter, carrots, sugar, margarine. Stir in yogurt (sorry, video said milk) and egg white. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Do not overmix.
Divide in muffin cups and cook for 20-25 minutes or until muffin tops are lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
