How To make Peanut Butter Fudge Marble Cake
1 pk Fudge Marble Cake Mix; (
-18.25 to 19.75 Oz) 3 lg Eggs
1/3 c Vegetable Oil: PLUS
2 tb Vegetable Oil; Divided
Water 1 c Peanut Butter Chips; Reese's
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 8- or 9-inch round baking pans. Prepare the cake batters according to the package directions using the eggs, 1/3 cup of oil and water. In the top of a double boiler, over hot NOT boiling water, melt the peanut butter chips with the remaining 2 Tb of oil, stirring constantly, OR in a small microwave-safe bowl, place
the chips and oil, then microwave on HIGH (100%) for 45 seconds, stirring if necessary. If necessary, microwave on HIGH (100%) for an additional 15 seconds or until melted and smooth when stirred. Gradually add the peanut butter to the vanilla batter, blending well. Pour the peanut butter batter into the prepared pans. Randomly place spoonfuls of the chocolate batter on top and swirl in as directed on the cake package. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes, in the pans, on a wire rack then remove from the pans and cool completely. Frost as desired.

Welcome back bakers! In today's video we are showing you how to make Peanut Butter Fudge Cake in a CROCKPOT! Woohoo! All you crockpot lovers will definitely appreciate this super delicious dessert recipe. This chocolate and peanut butter cake will have your mouth watering, and yes, you will definitely come back for seconds. This recipe includes a chocolate syrup and peanut butter glaze for the toppings. And don't forget to top it with peanut butter cups for the finishing touch!

RECIPE
For the cake:
* 1 box yellow cake mix
* ⅓ cup butter, softened
* 1 cup water
* ½ cup creamy peanut butter
* 3 eggs
* ½ cup homemade chocolate syrup
For the homemade chocolate syrup:
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 1 cup cocoa powder
* 1 cup water
* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
For the peanut butter glaze:
* 1 cup creamy peanut butter
* 2/3 cup milk
* 2 cups confectioner's sugar
Toppings
* Homemade chocolate syrup to drizzle on top
* Mini peanut butter cup candies, unwrapped and cut in half
1. For the cake, combine the cake mix, butter, water, peanut butter, and eggs. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, mix until fully incorporated.
2. In a separate bowl, set aside about 1/3 of the batter (you will be adding chocolate syrup to this).
3. For the chocolate syrup, whisk the sugar, water, cocoa powder, and vanilla in a saucepan on medium heat.
4. Let the chocolate syrup cool for about 5 minutes then add it to the 1/3 of the batter. This is the fudge batter for your cake.
5. Coat your crockpot with baking spray. Make sure you get the bottom and the sides fully covered.
6. Add about 2/3 of the peanut butter batter (saving some for the top on the cake). Then add you layer of fudge batter.
7. Take the remaining peanut butter batter and swirl it with the fudge batter, created a marble effect.
8. Let the cake cook on a medium setting for about 2 hours.
9. While your cake is cooking you can make the peanut butter glaze. For the glaze, combine the peanut butter, milk and confectioner's sugar with a hand mixer or stand mixer.
10. Once your cake is cooked, turn off the crockpot. Then add your glaze on top.
11. Add your toppings to the cake. Drizzle left over chocolate syrup and peanut butter cups cut in half.
12. I recommend storing the cake in the crockpot until finished.

For this Butter Marble Cake Recipe, I used good quality butter as it gives a good taste and flavor for Butter Marble Cake. The butter must be soft enough at room temperature before creaming it with the sugar. I used salted butter for this marble cake recipe, and the cake would not be salty even though I used salted butter as the amount of salt in 250 gm of butter is very less. You may use unsalted butter too. Please watch the video till the end to get the tips and explanation on how to make a marble butter cake.

Ingredients:
1. 70 gms - Softened butter
2. 200 ml - Condensed milk
3. 1 cup - Flour
4. ½ tsp - Baking powder
5. ½ tsp - Baking Soda
6. 1/2 cup - Milk
7. 1 tsp - Vanilla Essence
8. 1-1/2 tbsp - Cocoa powder
Method of preparation:
1. Grease and line a cake tin.
2. In a bowl, beat butter and condensed milk for 2 mins. Add milk, vanilla essence to this.
3. Then sift the dry ingredients (except cocoa powder) into the bowl.
4. Stir with the spatula until all ingredients are incorporated.
5. Pour ¾ batter into the cake tin.
6. Add cocoa powder in the remaining batter and pour in the cake tin.
7. Swirl with a fork or a toothpick to form marble effect.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 mins.
