4 c Toasted Rice Cereal 1/4 c Butter Or Regular Margarine 7 oz Marshmallow Creme; 1 Jar 1/3 c Peanut Butter Heat the rice cereal on a 15 1/2 X 10 1/2 X 1-inch jelly roll pan in a 350 degree F. oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the butter, marshmallow creme and peanut butter in the top of a double boiler. Place over hot water and stir until melted. Remove from the heat. Place the cereal in a large buttered bowl. Pour the peanut butter mixture over all and mix well. Turn the mixture into an aluminum foil lined 9-inch square baking pan. Press into an even layer. Cool and cut into 36 (1 1/2-inch) squares.

Ingredients: For the peanut butter: 2 cups (480g) Peanut butter, natural 1 cup (90g) Rolled Oats 1 cup (100g) Ground almond 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon (90ml) Maple syrup Pinch Salt For the chocolate: 160g Dark chocolate 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
Directions: 1. Prepare the pan: line a 8-inch (20cm) square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2. Make the peanut butter layer: Place the oats in a blender and blend into flour (you also can use store bought oat flour). 3. Transfer oatmeal flour into a bowl, add ground almonds, peanut butter, maple syrup, salt and mix until well combined. 4. Transfer the batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate while making the chocolate topping. 5. Make the chocolate topping layer: chop dark chocolate, place in a heatproof bowl, add coconut oil and melt in 15-20 second pulses in the microwave until completely melted. 6. Pour over the peanut butter layer and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. 7. Keep in the fridge/freezer.
