Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter crunchy or smooth
1 cup all purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/3 cup butter melted
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
Instructions
1. Pre heat oven to 350F
2. Line a 9″x9″ metal or glass baking pan with parchment paper so you can easily lift your brownies right out once they are cooled. (This is optional, but makes removing the brownies and cleaning way easier!)
3. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the peanut butter, melted butter, white sugar and brown sugar together.
4. Slowly add the eggs, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
6. Slowly add the flour and baking powder mix to the peanut butter mixture and slowly mix or fold to combine all ingredients. DO NOT OVER MIX! Over mixing will make fluffy cake-like brownies.
7. Smooth the batter into the 9″x9″ pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
8. The brownies will feel soft or “raw” but will harden up as they cool. They will have a slightly wet look in the middle, but should be cooked. This will keep them chewy, moist, and yummy!

Peanut Butter Brownies from Brownie Mix are definitely a winner — fudgy brownies stuffed with sweet and salty peanut butter.
Equipment
9x9-inch pan
Ingredients
For the brownie base (see package)
brownie mix about 18 ounces
eggs room temp & lightly beaten
water sub: milk, buttermilk, or coffee
oil (canola, olive, or other vegetable oils)
½ teaspoon instant coffee or ¼ teaspoon espresso powder optional
For the peanut butter mixture
¾ cup peanut butter salted (or add a pinch of salt)
¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Make the brownie batter as directed in the package and spread it on a 9x9-inch pan.
2. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Warm the peanut butter in the microwave if it's too thick.
3. Mix spoonfuls of peanut butter mixture into the brownie batter with a knife or skewer.
4. Bake according to package instructions.
5. Let it set for at least an hour in the fridge before cutting.

Recipe:
3/4 cups creamy peanut butter at room temperature
1/4 cup half & half cream
1-3/4 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Frosting:
1 cup of peanut butter at room temperature separated (1/2 cup will be used for drizzling over chocolate peanut butter frosting)
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
