How To make Peanut Butter Fudge Marble Cake
1 pk Fudge marble cake mix
=(18.25 to 19.75 oz) 3 lg Eggs
1/3 c Vegetable oil: plus
2 tb Vegetable oil; divided
Water 1 c Peanut butter chips; reese's
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 8- or 9-inch round baking pans. Prepare the cake batters according to the package directions using the eggs, 1/3 cup of oil and water. In the top of a double boiler, over hot NOT boiling water, melt the peanut butter chips with the remaining 2 Tb of oil, stirring constantly, OR in a small microwave-safe bowl, place the chips and oil, then microwave on HIGH (100%) for 45 seconds, stirring if necessary. If necessary, microwave on HIGH (100%) for an additional 15 seconds or until melted and smooth when stirred. Gradually add the peanut butter to the vanilla batter, blending well. Pour the peanut butter batter into the prepared pans. Randomly place spoonfuls of the chocolate batter on top and swirl in as directed on the cake package. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes, in the pans, on a wire rack then remove from the pans and cool completely. Frost as desired. -----

For this Butter Marble Cake Recipe, I used good quality butter as it gives a good taste and flavor for Butter Marble Cake. The butter must be soft enough at room temperature before creaming it with the sugar. I used salted butter for this marble cake recipe, and the cake would not be salty even though I used salted butter as the amount of salt in 250 gm of butter is very less. You may use unsalted butter too. Please watch the video till the end to get the tips and explanation on how to make a marble butter cake.

The marbling is created by placing spoonfuls of the white and chocolate batters in your pan, and then running a wooden skewer through the two batters. This Chocolate Marble Bread (cake) is so moist and flavorful that it really doesn't need a frosting.

Marble Pound Loaf/Cake:
For Stove Baking: Preheat your pot without salt for 20 mins at medium low flame
For Oven Baking: preheat at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Prep for buttermilk:
1/4 cup milk mixed with half tsp vinegar
Let's Sift Dry ingredients:
Flour/ maida 1 cup
Baking powder half tsp
Baking soda half tsp
Salt 4-5 pinch
Keep it aside
Lets work on wet ingredients now:
Use hand whisk or an electric beater/stand mixer
Beat, half cup oil and Half cup powdered sugar.
Add 2 egss, beat.
Vanilla essence less than 1 tsp
Fold in your dry mix in your wet batter. Keep adding the butter milk too.
In a bowl, take out 1/4 of the batter and add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder mix.
Pour in a cake tin or loaf tin. Give designs of your choice (koi zor zabardasti nai hai)????
Bake at 15O°C in Oven for 30 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean.
Stove baking: 40 minutes, medium low flame.

peanut butter marble cake recipe from 2000's
2 1/4 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c peanut butter
1 1/4 c milk
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3 tbsp baking cocoa
1/8 tsp baking soda
preheat oven 350°F/176°C
grease and lightly flour your desired pan
in a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients with an electric mixer on low and constantly scrape sides. then beat on high for 3 mins, constantly scraping sides.
pour about 3 cups or 2/3 of the batter into you pan of choice.
stir in cocoa and baking soda into the remaining batter. Drop the chocolate batter by teaspoonfuls on the peanut butter batter. take a butter knife and run through the batter in s shaped pattern, for marbled design. turn the pan by 1/4 and continue the pattern until whole cake is marbled with s pattern.
Bake for 40 - 45 min for 9 x 13 pan, 9 in round is 30 - 35 mins, 8 in round is 20 - 25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean from checking at center or until cake springs back by finger lightly touching center.
Frost with what ever frosting you want!
Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting with Hot Fudge:
3 c powdered sugar
1/3 c butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 c milk
1/4 c peanut butter
in med bowl, mix powdered sugar and butter. stir is vanilla, milk and peanut butter; beat until smooth. Spread over cake, then if desired, drop spoonfuls of hot fudge topping randomly all over top, then use butter knife and make s patterns in frosting to make marbled frosting as well.
